Diploma students can also apply for Uni-GAUGE- E 2026 entrance exam for admissions into BE/BTech courses in Member participating Universities/Institutions of Uni-GAUGE. However, candidates should check with the University/Institution that they wish to seek admission in regarding eligibility of Diploma students in the University/Institution before applying.

The course list provided in the Uni-GAUGE website is limited to only those courses offered by UNI-GAUGE Member Institutions. Hence candidates have to apply for anyother course.

No, the photograph to be provided in the Uni-GAUGE application form has to be identical color photograph. It should not be more than 3 months old. Application with smudged / tampered or hazy photograph will not be accepted.

Convenience fee is a necessary amount, which the applicants have to pay over the applicable application fee while applying fir Uni-GAUGE exam.

Yes, candidates have to upload coloured and scanned images only in the Uni-GAUGE application form.

When you first scan the images to upload in the Uni-GAUGE form, use the JPG file format to save it, in this way there is no need to change the format. To resize te image, use Microsoft Paint to change the size with the resize button.

The ERA Foundation will release the Uni-GAUGE application form in February 2026. The Uni-GAUGE-E application process consists of registration, filling out the application form, uploading scanned documents, and payment of fees. Candidates who have passed or will be passing 10+2 in 2026 can apply for Uni-GAUGE. Only the candidates who register successfully for the exam are issued the Uni-GAUGE admit card to appear for the exam.

Candidates need to contact the ERA Foundation Helpdesk to seek clarification and to know about the way forward. After successful registration, candidates will receive the Uni-GAUGE login credentials (user ID and password) on their registered mail ID. Candidates will have to use these credentials to log in and fill Uni-GAUGE application form. 

You can choose the Test City from the available list of test cities in the online application form. The test cities are allotted to candidates on first come first serve basis. However, ERA Foundation reserves the right to allot any other test city other than the city chosen by the candidate. Each city can have one or more centers. The allocation of centers is done through a computer assisted randomization/optimization process. The allocated centre will be communicated on the online test admission ticket (online TAT).

If you have not submitted the Uni-GAUGE form, then you can make changes to the Uni-GAUGE application form. But, if the form has been submitted, then you can not make any changes.
