Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology Shibpur is a good college. It is ranked 4 by NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) 2024 under the Architecture category. NIT Kurukshetra gives BTech and MTech programmes, as well as MBA, MCA, and PhD programmes across Engineering, Sciences and Humanities and Social Sciences streams. NIT Kurukshetra is famous for its BTech course. Admission is based on JEE Mains rank and counselling. NIT Raipur admission 2026 to most of the courses is conducted on the basis of valid national-level entrance exam scores. The institute accepts JEE Main score for BTech. Admission to M.Tech is through GATE scores, followed by CCMT Counselling. Similarly for MSc admission,  IIT JAM and CCMN Counselling are required.

CAT is not a mandatory requirement for admission to College of Engineering, Trivandrum. CAT scores are required only for admission to the MBA program offered by the college.

Candidates must take one of the CMAT, CAT, or KMAT tests in order to be considered for enrollment in the M.B.A. programme offered by the CET.

The Nirma University Ahmedabad cutoff depends on National or State-level exam scores. To receive admission at Nirma University Gota students must appear for exams such as JEE Main,  CAT and GUJCET,  etc.. Students who meet the initial cutoff of these exams must also appear for the Personal Interview or Group Discussion rounds for final seat distribution.

JEE Main is conducted in two sessions each year, with session 2 usually held in April. Now, prospective candidates should wait for the announcement of JEE Mains dates for the academic batch of 2026.

If you belong to the General AI category, then it is not possible to get admission at 90 percentile in MHT CET. In the last round, the closing percentile among the General Home State category candidates varied between 95.51 and 99.85. However, if you belong to the OBC HS category, then it is possible to get admisison in a few specialisations including B.Tech. in Textile Technology.
