Different universities may have their own requirements but the general documents that you must carry along with you at the time of admission to BTech IT course are the Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, Class 12 provisional certificate, character certificate, category certificate (if applicable), transfer certificate (may be asked for by a few institutions), and other documents like the Voter ID, Aadhar card, etc..
