There are two ways to join VSSUT without JEE:

1. Through the OJEE: VSSUT accepts OJEE scores for admission to its B.Tech program. The OJEE is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Government of Odisha for admission to engineering and technology programs in the state.
2. Through lateral entry: VSSUT offers lateral entry admission to its B.Tech programme for students who have completed a Diploma in engineering and technology from a recognised institution.

• The CUET PG 2026 registration process for admission to PG courses is expected to begin in Jan 2026.
• DU CSAS-PG 2025 Spot Round 3 allocations have been released for admission to various PG courses based on the CUET-PG 2025 scores, and the last date for fee payment is Aug 20, 2025.

Admissions to various courses at the Jabalpur Engineering College is done based on the scores in various entrance exams such as JEE Mains, MPPET, MP BE. TS EAMCET Counselling fee for OBC category candidates is INR 1200 and for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) Category is INR 600. CMR College of Engineering and Technology admission to the BTech course is done through TS EAMCET exam followed by TS EAMCET Counselling which is to be conducted in three phases namely, Phase 1, Phase 2 and Final Phase.
