
RRB Application Form 2025: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) opened the application correction window for Graduate posts. It was available until December 9. Further, the last date to apply for the RRB NTPC UG was December 4 and the application fee last date was December 6. The UG application correction window was available from December 7 to 16.
The Board will release RRB Group D application form (Advt No. 09/2025) on January 21, 2026. It will be released to fill up a total of 22,000 vacancies. The last date to apply for the exam is February 20.

Railway Application Form 2025
RRB Railway Application Form 2025 is released by the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs). Candidates can fill the railway application form by creating an account on the respective RRB's website. After successful payment of the application fees, the railway application form will be considered submitted. It is mandatory to complete all the parts of the application form of the RRB exam. Before filling out the Railway online form, candidates are advised to check the eligibility for the post they want to apply for.

RRB Group D exam dates were announced. Exam was conducted from November 27. Total marks for test are 100. There are negative markings in exam. Those qualifying test are called for next round.

How to Fill RRB Application Form 2025?
RRB application form is released online by the examination authority. There is no facility to submit the application form offline. The hard copy of the application form is not required to be sent by post. Candidates can fill the RRB application form by the methods as mentioned below:
RRB Registration
- Visit the RRBs website
- Select the railway to which you want to apply
- Click on ‘New Registration’
- Enter details
- Candidates with ITI/NAC qualifications can enter their registration number/year of passing for ITI/NAC qualification instead of SSLC/Matric
- Before submitting the registration form, make sure and confirm that all the information is correct since it cannot be changed later
- The email ID used for registration must be unique

Verification of Email ID and Mobile Number Through OTP
- On submitting the primary details, the registration number and password are displayed
- OTPs are also sent to the registered mobile number and email along with the registration details
- Candidates need to enter the OTP to proceed to fill out the application form and make fee payment
Candidates can proceed with the online application by clicking on the ‘Already Registered’ button on the home page using the registration number and password
Fill the Application Form
- In Part 1 of the application page, provide the details of educational qualification, community UR/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/EWS, Gender, Religion, Ex-SM, PwBD, CCAA, Minority, Economically Backward, Class and Age Relaxation eligibility category as applicable and other details
- In Part 2 of the application page, candidates need to indicate his/her priority/preference for the posts
Payment and Bank Account Details
- On completion of application details, candidates will be redirected to the payment page
- Choose the payment mode - Bank (Online Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI and Offline Challan) or Post Office Challans and complete the payment
- Those who opt for payment through offline mode should note that the payment confirmation may take two hours. Therefore, they need to again login after two hours for confirmation of payment status. The time period for payment confirmation varies from 24 hours to 48 hours in the case of Post Office payment.

Choice of Exam Language
English is the default language. In case, the candidate wishes to choose any other language, then the same can be selected from the drop-down list of languages. The languages listed are Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
Fill in the Details of the Photo-Identity Card
Candidates will have to fill in the details of a valid Photo ID card in the application form
Bank Account Details for Refund
- Candidates who attend CBT are eligible for a refund of the examination fee. All candidates who give the confirmation to receive their refund to the account from which they have made the application fee payment, need not fill in these details and hence, this will not be visible to them
- Only those candidates who do not wish to receive the refund in the account through which they paid the examination fee should provide the details of the Beneficiary Account in which they wish to receive the refund viz. Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Name of Bank, and IFSC Code in the online application
- Those candidates who deposited their fees through Post Office or SBI Challan must provide the details of the Beneficiary Account in which they wish to receive the refund viz. Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Name of Bank, and IFSC Code in the Online Application, otherwise they will not receive the refund
- Candidates may indicate their consent for sharing the scores obtained by them in RRB/RRC exams with other Ministries/Departments/PSUs and Private organizations, for recruitment
Photograph and Signature Upload
- Candidates will be automatically directed to the ‘upload the photo and signature
- Select the 'Upload Photo Tab' and upload your colour photograph
- The photograph should be of size 35mmX45mm or 320 x 240 pixels
- It should be in JPG/JPEG format scanned with 100 DPI resolution
- The size of the photograph should be between 20-50KB
- The signature should be in JPG/JPEG format scanned with 100 DPI resolution
- Dimensions of 50mmx20mm or 140x60 pixels are preferred
- Size of the file should be between 10KB-40KB
SC/ST Certificate Upload
Candidates belonging to the SC/ST community who opt to avail of the Free Rail Travel have to upload the SC/ ST certificates in JPG/JPEG format. The size of the file should be 50 KB to 100 KB.
Submission of Application
In the end, candidates have to confirm the declaration. After confirming the declaration and submission of the application, candidates can download the PDF copy of the application form.

Candidates who appear in the CBT exam are refunded their application fees. Candidates belonging to SC / ST/ ExSM/ PwBD/ Female/ Minority/EBC/Transgender categories will be entitled to get a full refund of their examination fees, which is INR 250.
