Candidates aspiring to pursue Bachelor of Arts in LLB from Jamia Millia Islamia will firstly have to appear for the JMI BA LLB entrance exam. The renowned varsity offers five-year integrated law programmes where out of the 120 seats, 60 are self-financed.

JMI BA LLB Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are interested in pursuing a course in BA LLB, need to meet the JMI eligibility criteria in order to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the university. The criteria are as follows:

  • The candidate needs to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
  • The candidate needs to have secured a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2.
  • The candidate should not be more than 20 years of age (general category). For SC/ST, the aspirant should not be more than 22 years of age.

Candidates appearing for the JMI BA LLB entrance exam need to know the following steps:

Step 1: The candidate should know the JMI BA LLB syllabus thoroughly.

Step 2: The aspirant should understand the JMI exam pattern and marking scheme. On knowing how the answers need to be written, the candidate should then prepare accordingly.
