One can understand the marking scheme, the type of questions which are asked, the weightage of marks and more. Also, one should attempt to solve the question paper according to the time duration as mentioned on the question paper. On testing yourself, you will have an idea of where one needs to put in more time on a subject.
Revise: Revision is Key. At the end of the day, when one is done with topics covered in a day, glance through what you have studied. Through this, you can better understand what you have studied. Also, one can write down pointers to help remember better.
Rest: Apart from all the hard work, one should also rest. A mind can take as much information as it can and there is no point stuffing topics you are tired.
