Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education conducts AP LAWCET 2026 and AP PGLCET 2026 exams to provide admission to aspiring students in 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB and LLM programs. AP LAWCET and AP PGLCET 2026 exam is expected to be held in June 2026. The application process for the AP LAWCET & PGLCET 2026 exam will be held online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.  How to Fill out AP LAWCET/ PGLCET Application Form?

To fill out the application form for AP LAWCET or AP PGLCET, candidates will have to first visit the LAWCET APCHE website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in, then follow two main steps:

Q:   Is the application form for Andhra Pradesh LAWCET available at the regional offices?
A:

No, the application form for AP LAWCET is provided in online mode only. No application forms can be obtained or submitted at regional centres. Make sure to take the print out of application form after completing the process.

Q:   How can I pay the application fee for Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026?
A:

The Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026 application fee can be paid online using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking options. The other option is to pay the fee through the Andhra Pradesh Online Centre. To pay the application fee, candidates need to visit the website of APSCHE, register themselves for the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET exam, and pay the application fee according to their category.

 

Q:   How do I know the application status of Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026?
A:

The application fee payment status as well as the form submission status are shared with the candidates at the time of fee payment and form-filling to help them check the status of their Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026 application. For this, the message will be displayed on the screen as well as sent to the registered mobile number and email address. Moreover, candidates can log in using their application number and password to check their status.

  • Once you click on the tab, a new window similar to the image shown below will open: 
  • Now, fill out the required details mentioned below: 
    • Qualifying Exam HallTicket Number
    • Candidate's name (as per SSC)
    • Date of Birth
    • Candidate's Mobile Number
    • Alternate Mobile Number 
    • E-Mail ID 
    • Stream you want to apply (3-year LLB, 5-year LLB or LLM)
    • Category (if you belong to a reserved category)
  • Once you have filled out all the details, you need to click on the "Proceed Payment" option. You can pay the fee through Debit/ Credit Card or Net Banking.

STEP 2: Filling the Application Form

After the successful payment of AP LAWCET application fee, candidates need to complete the second step, "STEP 2: Fill Application Form".

Details that candidates need to fill in the application form are mentioned below:

  1. Candidate’s Details: This includes filling of details such as name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, and gender.
  2. Qualifying Examination: In this column, candidates need to select their qualification [LLB/ Degree in any other stream/ Intermediate (10+2)] and specify all related information. This includes year of passing, hall ticket number of qualifying exam, marks secured, qualifying exam, and place of study.
  3. Entrance Exam: This includes selecting the entrance exam that candidates want to give – LAWCET- 5 Year LLB/ LAWCET- 3 Year LLB or PGLCET - LLM
  4. Photo and Signature: Candidates need to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned below:

  1. Regional Centre to Appear for the Test: Here, candidates need to select their preference for APLAWCET exam centre from the drop-down list.
  2. Category: Candidates need to select a category - OC/ BC-A/ BC-B/ BC-C/ BC-D/ BC-E/ SC/ ST. Apart from these, candidates can also select the NCC/ CAP/ Sports if they are applying for admissions under a special category.
  3. Local Area Status: Candidates need to select the local area that they belong to under this column:
  • AU (Andhra University)
    • OU (Osmania University)
    • SVU (Sri Venkateswara University)
    • Non-Local
  1. Minority/ Non-Minority: Candidates belonging to the minority group need to select the “Minority” checkbox and candidates not belonging to the minority group need to select the “Non-minority” checkbox.
  2. Address: Enter the permanent address, as well as the current address
  3. SSC or Equivalent (10th Class): It requires details such as a candidate’s SSC board name, hall ticket number, passed month and year, and place of study.
  4. Physically Challenged: Here, candidates need to select their type of physical challenge (visual handicapped/ hearing impaired/ ortho handicapped) (if applicable).
  5. Intermediate (12th Class): It requires details such as a candidate’s inter board name, hall ticket number, passed month and year, and place of study.
  6. Annual Income of Parents: Candidates need to select the annual income of their parents i.e. Below One Lakh/ Between One Lakh and Two Lakh/ More than Two Lakh.

STEP 3: Form Submission

  • After filling out the application form, candidates need to submit it online only.
  • They need to click on the disclaimer “I accept the Terms and Conditions” and press the “Submit” button.
  • After this, the application process for AP LAWCET 2026 will be complete.  
  • Candidates are advised to download the submitted application form and get printouts of the same for future reference.

Candidates need to know the AP LAWCET eligibility criteria before filling out the AP LAWCET 2026 application form.

A:

The last date for the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026 registration without a late fee is expected to be April 2026. Once the application process without a late fee is over, there will four more chances to fill out the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET registration form 2026. Candidates will be able to fill out the registration form at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

A:

Candidates can change some of the details in the APLAWCET 2026 application form only during the application correction window. The correction window for Andhra Pradesh LAWCET is available once the application process is over. Candidates need to submit a particular document to change the relevant information in the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET application form 2026. The exam authority provides information about the documents required to change particular details in the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET application form through the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET exam notification.
