AP LAWCET 2026 Application Form
The AP LAWCET 2026 application process is expected to begin shortly. The students can log on to cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/LAWCET, to apply online for the exam.
The exam is held for admission to the 3-year and 5-year LLB courses offered by participating law colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Steps to fill the AP LAWCET 2026 application form:
- Registration and payment of application fee - The candidate will be required to enter details like name, qualifying exam hall ticket number, mobile number, email id, and date of birth. Then, they have to select the stream and pay the application fee.
- Fill out the form - After the fee payment was done successfully, the candidate could proceed to fill in the rest of the application form - personal, academic, and contact details. Also, select a test center.
- Upload documents - The candidate was required to upload a photograph and signature in JPG format.
The AP LAWCET 2025 Phase 2 Seat Allotment is completed. The list was released on the website- lawcet-sche.aptonline.in/LAWCET. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) rolled out the details of second round of seat allotment on November 25, 2025.
AP LAWCET 2026 Exam Pattern
AP LAWCET 2026 will have 120 questions carrying 120 marks in total. Candidates will get 90 minutes to complete the exam. Subjects from which candidates are asked questions in the AP LAWCET exam include General Knowledge and Mental Ability, Current Affairs, and Aptitude for the Study of Law.

AP LAWCET Admit Card 2026
The authorities will release the admit card few days before the exam. Students can follow the below mentioned steps to download the admit card:
- Visit the APSCHE's website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/APSCHEHome.aspx.
- Click on "LAWCET".
- Now, click on "Download Hall Ticket".
- Enter your Registration Number to download the hall ticket.
AP LAWCET 2026 Result
The APSCHE will release the AP LAWCET result 2026 on its official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/LAWCET. Candidates need their "AP LAWCET Registration Number" and "AP LAWCET Qualifying Hall Ticket Number" as login credentials to check the AP LAWCET 2026 result.
To clear the AP LAWCET 2026, candidates must score a minimum of 35% in the exam. However, admission to a particular college through the AP LAWCET exam will depend on the cutoff determined by the college authorities.

AP LAWCET 2026 Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates should follow the below given guidelines on AP LAWCET 2026 exam day:
- Report the exam centre an hour before the exam starts
- Carry a hard copy of the admit card for AP LAWCET 2026 without which the entry to exam hall shall be prohibited.
- Carry admit card, valid ID proof such as Voter card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License etc. to the exam hall.
- Jewellery, mobile phones, wallets, earphones/ headphones etc. are not allowed to carry to the exam hall
- Candidates enrolled under physical disability category should carry a PWD certificate.

No, there is no negative marking in the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET exam. This means students can attempt all questions. No mark will be deducted for a wrong answer or response. There will be a total of 120 questions on the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET question paper. Each question will carry one mark. Thus, candidates will receive marks equal to the correct answers given by them in the entrance examination.
