AP LAWCET 2026 Cut-off

The AP LAWCET 2026 cut-off means the lowest marks you must get to pass for admission in 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB courses in Andhra Pradesh. After the exam, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will release the APLAWCET 2026 cut-off once results come out. Cut-off marks for AP LAWCET 2026 change every year because it depends on how many students wrote the exam, how tough the paper was, and how many seats are open. Candidates were advised to keep ready their "AP LAWCET Registration Number" and "AP LAWCET Qualifying Hall Ticket Number" as login credentials to check the result. A minimum score of 35% is mandatory to qualify in the exam. However, admission to a particular college through the AP LAWCET exam will depend on the cutoff determined by the college authorities.

The AP LAWCET 2026 application process concluded on March 20. The registration process was conducted at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/LAWCET to apply online for the exam. The exam is held for admission to the 3-year and 5-year LLB courses offered by participating law colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. 

Steps to fill the AP LAWCET 2026 application form:

  • Registration and payment of application fee - The candidates were mandated to enter details like name, qualifying exam hall ticket number, mobile number, email id, and date of birth. Then, they have to select the stream and pay the application fee.
  • Fill out the form - After the fee payment was done successfully, the candidate could proceed to fill in the rest of the application form - personal, academic, and contact details. Also, select a test center.
  • Upload documents - The candidate was required to upload a photograph and signature in JPG format.

  • Click on "LAWCET".
  • Now, click on "Download Hall Ticket".
  • Enter your Registration Number to download the hall ticket.

AP LAWCET Syllabus 2026

Students were advised to refer to the syllabus to prepare well for AP LAWCET 2026. The APLAWCET syllabus was divided into three sections, namely, sections A, B, and C. Each section had a weightage of 30 marks.

Part A carried questions related to General Knowledge, History, Geography and Mental Ability. Part B had questions that cover topics like current affairs (related to national and international topics from the last 3 years) and PART C has aptitude questions from topics like principles of Law and the Constitution of India.

AP LAWCET 2026 Exam Pattern

As per the AP LAWCET 2026 exam pattern, the question paper will carry 120 questions of 120 marks in total. Candidates will get 90 minutes to complete the exam.
