Note -

  • The tuition fee for the two MA courses must be paid in two instalments. International students must pay half of it ($8000) before the start of year 1 of their programme. Similarly, the other half must be paid before the start of year 2. For PG Diploma courses, the tuition fee must be paid before the commencement of the programmes.
  • The fee refund policy to be followed will be according to guidelines of UGC.

Other Components of IIMC Fee Structure

The IIMC course fee only consists of the literary requirements of the student. It doesn't consist of other expenses such as personal, boarding, travel, internet, laptop and computer, or other miscellaneous expenses. These will be paid by the students separately other than the course fee.

The IIMC campus has three hostels and each hostel can accommodate approximately 100 students. The students of PG diploma courses from the Delhi campus will be able to avail the hostel facility within the campus.

IIMC Fees Structure - Hostel and Mess Charges

The IIMC hostel rooms are affordable and the cost is Rs. 5000 per month for a shared room. There can be 2/3 students sharing the same room. For each student, there is a single bed, a wardrobe, a study table, and a chair. The IIMC hostel registration and room allotment are done on a first-come, first-served basis, so once the college is allotted to the student, they must be quick to approach the institute management. Students can check the rules and regulations for hostel in the IIMC admission prospectus.

Students who miss this campus hostel opportunity can go for rented rooms or PGs near the IIMC Delhi campus. There are affordable options available in Ber Sarai, Kishan Garh, and Vasant Kunj, closer to the institute. There is also a mess facility for hostelers at the IIMC campus. The menu is dynamic and keeps changing. The mess charges are approximately Rs. 3500 per month per person.

Schedule of Payment of IIMC Fee

IIMC Delhi accepts course fees at the time of admission. Students can pay the fees via online as well as offline mediums. However, during the online fee payment, students will have to ensure that their IIMC course fee is timely, or else a late fine can also be levied on the students, and their candidature might also be at risk.

The offline fee can be paid at the IIMC Campus located within the JNU Campus, Aruna Asif Ali Marg.

Scholarships Offered at IIMC

IIMC offers scholarships as admissible by the government of India for scheduled tribes, scheduled castes, and backward-class students. It also provides financial aid for meritorious students. The various scholarships offered by IIMC for students pursuing PG Diploma courses are mentioned below -
