The online application process for TANCET 2021 has begun from January 19. Read this article to know the dates and process to fill the TANCET application form. 

TANCET 2021 registration process has started from January 19 in an online mode. Anna University, the conducting body of the exam had announced the notification on January 6 and opened the application window on January 19. The online application process will end on February 12. The registration fee is Rs 600 for unreserved category and Rs 300 for SC/SCA/ST candidates. TANCET registration form is common for all programmes - MCA/MBA/ME/MTech/MArch/MPlan. TANCET 2021 is set to be conducted on March 20 and March 21 in 15 cities across Tamil Nadu in pen and paper mode. Around 40,000 candidates register for TANCET exam.

Candidates who wish to apply for TANCET need to first register themselves with Anna University. TANCET 2021 registration process is explained below –

  • Candidates need to visit the official website or visit tancet.annauniv.edu/tancet/tac21/
  • Click on ‘New Registration’ button
  • Read the instructions carefully before filling TANCET 2021 registration form
  • To register for the exam, candidates need to enter certain details like name, date of birth, gender, email ID, password etc.
  • After entering all details, candidates should click on the ‘Submit’ button
  • On successful registration, user ID and password will be generated
  • The same will also be sent to candidates’ registered email ID

How to fill TANCET 2021 Application Form

Candidates can fill TANCET application form after registration. To fill the application form, candidates need to login with their user ID and password. Candidates can follow the steps below to fill the TANCET 2021 application form.

Enter Mobile Number
  • Go to the ‘Login Page’
  • Enter the user id and password
  • The application form will be displayed on the screen
  • In the application form, enter details like name, date of birth, gender, SSLC registration number, year of passing HSC/Diploma/Degree, nationality, nativity, course details (MCA/MBA/ME/MTech/MArch/MPlan), community etc
  • Candidates are also required to select the exam centres while filling the application form
  • Candidates are also required to fill the course, specialization/group and year of passing, address, city, state, pin code, mobile number and email ID
  • Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature
  • Candidates need to pay the application fees and submit the form

  • Details of Credit/Debit card for online fee payment
