MAH CET test centres - The MAH CET 2025 for MBA/MMS admission will be conducted at designated test centres in 36 cities across Maharashtra and 12 cities in rest of India on April 1, 2 and 3, 2025. The list of MAH MBA CET test centre 2025 was provided in the exam application form. MAH MBA CET 2025 registration began on December 25, 2025 and the last date to apply was February 25, 2025.

MAH MBA CET 2025 exam centre has been allotted to each candidate in the city based on the selection of preferred city in the MAH MBA CET registration cum application form 2025. The exact address of the allotted MAH MBA CET exam centre has been mentioned in the admit card. Candidates have to appear for the MAH MBA CET 2025 at the allotted MBA CET test centre only. 

 

Q:   How can I choose MAH CET MBA test city in the application form?
A: 

The MAH MBA CET application form will have a section where candidates can select test city as per their choice. They can select up to three cities from the given list. Select the first city as the first preference. The exam authorities try to allot the exam centre to the candidate in the city of first preference. Select your home town as first preference so that they are allotted the nearest exam centre.

MAH MBA CET exam centre venue will not be mentioned in the application form so you will have no access to that information. You will have to make the selection on the basis of the names of cities only. The venue address will be printed on the MAH CET admit card only.

Q:   Can I change my test city option after submitting the MAH MBA CET application form?
A: 

There is no provision of changing test city in MAH CET MBA unlike other MBA entrance exams such as CAT or CMAT. The option to change the test city preference is not given in the MAH MBA CET form correction process. Thus, candidates be very careful in selecting test cities in the online form. If they select wrong cities they will have to fill a fresh form in order to be allotted the exam centre in the correct choice of city. Candidates must also keep in mind to fill the form before the deadline as once the registration window is closed no request for editing of form will be entertained and the test centre will be allotted as per the selection made in the form.  

Candidates should choose their home town or city of current residency as the first option. If there is no MAH CET test centre in your town/city, choose the nearest city. You must cross check the information that they have entered in the form twice before hitting the submit button.

Q:   What are the dos and don'ts for MAH MBA CET exam day?
A: 

Candidates appearing for the MAH CET MBA exam have to follow a few guidelines during the exam. Right from entry into the venue to the exit, candidates have to follow instructions given be the exam centre staff. Those who will not follow the guidelines will be barred from appearing in the exam. Here are a few dos and don’ts that you must follow on the MAH CET exam day.

MAH CET Dos

  • Reach the examination centre as per the reporting time mentioned in the admit card
  • Carry two copies of the MAH MBA CET admit card and a valid photo ID proof
  • Cooperate with the exam centre staff
  • Try to solve about 70-75 questions in 2 hours 20 minutes
  • Use the remaining time for attempting a few more questions and reviewing your answers

MAH CET Don’ts

  • Do not be late for the exam. Once the gates close, no candidate will be allowed to enter the exam venue.
  • Do not carry any stationary item other than a blue/black ball point pen
  • Do not carry electronic items like mobile phone, wrist watch, calculator, etc.
  • Do not carry metal items or wear clothes and accessories that have metal in them.
  • Do not argue with test centre staff, or create a ruckus at the test centre.
  • Do not cheat or indulge in any sort of malpractice. You may be barred from the exam.

Q:   How will I know about my MAH CET MBA test center?
A: 

The address of MAH MBA CET test centre will be mentioned on the admit card. The candidates will get to know of their test centre only after downloading the MAH CET admit card. Once they know the address, they should check the distance and time taken from their home to the centre. This is important as candidates have to reach their MAH CET test centre as per the reporting time mentioned in their admit card. For both shifts of MAH CET, the reporting time in 1 hour before the commencement of the exam.

Candidates must note that there is no provision to change the test centre after the admit card has been released. They should visit the MAH CET test centre a day before the exam to check traveling options, etc.

Q:   Can I change my MAH CET test city option during form correction?
A: 

Unlike in other MBA entrance exam, MAH CET MBA has no option to change test city during form correction. Candidates can only change their name, date of birth, photo and signature. Basically there is no way to change your test city option once you’ve submitted the MAH CET application form. Thus, you need to be very careful in selecting the test cities. The exam is held in 36 cities across Maharashtra and 12 cities in rest of India. While filling the MAH MBA CET application form, check the list of test cities, and select three which are within your accessibility. The city of first preference should be the city you are residing in or are expected to be at the time of exam. The second and third options can be cities where you can reach easily.

Given below are a few key points to keep in mind for MAH MBA CET test centres:

      1. Candidates can select up to three cities as exam centre preference in the MAH MBA CET application form 2025.
      2. The MBA CET test centres will be allotted to candidates as per the rules set by Maharashtra State CET Cell.
      3. Candidates may or may not be allotted exam centre in the city of their first preference. The Competent Authority reserves the right to allocate and change the MAH MBA CET exam centre and venue.
      4. Choice of exam cities by the candidate will be final. Once the MAH MBA CET application form 2025 is submitted, no request for change of centre/venue/date/session shall be entertained.
      5. Candidates will get the option to select only the test cities. The venue and address of the exam centre will be mentioned on the MAH MBA CET 2025 admit card only.

Q:   Where is MAH CET held for MBA/MMS course?

MAH MBA CET exam is held in about 48 cities. In every city, there is at least one exam centre. Since MAH CET is a state-level exam, the number of test cities is more within Maharashtra than in rest of India. The exam is held in 36 cities of Maharashtra and 12 cities in rest of the country. Outside Maharashtra, the test centres for the exam are allotted mainly in capital cities of certain states. Check below the names of test cities where the exam is held.

Q:   What is the difference between MAH CET exam sessions?
A: 

There is no difference between MAH CET exam sessions. The question paper structure, difficultly level and time duration are the same. The questions of all exam sessions are unique, though.

MAH MBA CET is a popular exam and over 50,000 candidates appear for it every year. To accommodate so many aspirants in limited test centres, the Maharashtra State CET conducts the exam in multiple sessions. Candidates who get a morning shift slot will have to go through the same process for appearing in the exam as the candidates who will get afternoon session exam. However, that doesn’t mean that a candidate can appear in the exam in any slot. The exam session allotted to a candidate will be mentioned in their MAH CET admit card and candidates will have to appear for the test in that session only.

Q:   Will a digital copy of MAH MBA CET admit card be accepted at the exam centre?
A: 

No, the digital copy of MBA CET admit card will not be acceptable as a valid ID proof. The admit card of every candidate is to be checked manually by the test centre staff and the invigilator. It is to be signed and stamped by the authorities. One signed and stamped copy is submitted at the exam centre and one copy is to be retained by the student. Thus, the digital copy of the admit card is not accepted.

Candidates need to carry two print outs of their admit card to the MAH CET test centre, in A4 size sheet. Candidates must affix a recent passport size photo on the admit card (preferably the one uploaded with the application form).

Candidates not carrying the hard copy of their MAH CET admit card will not be allowed to appear for the exam under any circumstances.
