Candidates whose roll no. will be mentioned in the AIIMS Paramedical round 1 seat allotment will have to submit their willingness and pay the security deposit. Moreover, they will have to report to the allotted institute. Those who receive seats will have to choose between two options. 

• Option 1: Accept the allotted seat and do not wish to participate in the further rounds of seat allocation.
• Option 2: Accept the allotted seat and want to participate in the second round of seat allocation.

Those who choose option 2 will be considered for round 2. They will be allotted seats in the second round. The seat allocated in round 1 will be considered vacated, and the same will be allocated to other candidates in order of merit.
