How to prepare for AIAPGET 2025?

AIAPGET Preparation Tip #01: The best time to start preparing

The curriculum of the AYUSH UG courses is very complex. It is completely different from what one has studied up to Class XII. To understand and get a clarity of the concepts in AYUSH disciplines, a candidate needs at least 3-4 years. Thus, experts suggest that the best time to start preparing for AIAPGET is in the fourth year of the AYUSH UG degree course.

AIAPGET Preparation Tip #02: Understanding the exam pattern

The next step is to understand the AIAPGET exam pattern. The pattern remains constant for all four streams. There will be 120 multiple choice questions in the examination which have to be solved in 120 minutes. Also, there will be negative marking in the examination. The preparation for AIAPGET 2025 must be done taking into consideration all the key parameters of the exam pattern.

AIAPGET Preparation Tip #03: Referring to the question papers of previous years

All those preparing for AIAPGET 2025 must refer to the question papers of the previous years. This will help in understanding what type of questions can be asked in the examination. They will also familiarize the aspirants with the examination and give them a fair idea of what can be expected on the exam day.

AIAPGET Preparation Tip #04: Filling the gaps and understanding the syllabus

AIAPGET syllabus is very important during the preparation phase. While everything in the syllabus is a part of the undergraduate degree curriculum, students often miss a few things while in college. Also, AIAPGET has objective-type questions, implying that the questions asked in this examination will be direct. Therefore, it is important to go through AIAPGET syllabus during the preparation phase to make sure that nothing is being omitted. All candidates in the AIAPGET preparation phase must make sure that they cover the topics that were left earlier.

AIAPGET Preparation Tip #05: Taking mock tests

The last and final tip for the preparation of AIAPGET 2025 is solving mock tests or sample papers regularly. During the examination, a candidate gets a minute to attempt a question. To be able to answer these accurately, one needs to develop the habit of solving questions with speed while maintaining the accuracy. This can be achieved only with the help of mock tests/sample papers. Candidates must ensure that they are solving at least two full tests in a month during the preparation phase of AIAPGET 2025.

NTA usually sets a 50th percentile for General/EWS candidates and a 40th percentile for OBC, SC and ST. UR/EWS-PwD candidates need the 45th percentile. These percentiles are expected to stay similar for AIAPGET 2026.
