- The first and foremost factor which impacts the NEET MDS marks vs rank is the number of candidates appearing for the test.
- There is a possibility for multiple candidates to score the same marks. However, the ranks would vary as per the tie-breaking criteria.
- Candidates with a lesser number of incorrect responses in the overall paper (Part A & B) will be placed in a better merit position
