MSW course or Masters of Social Work is a postgraduate degree. There are more than 550 MSW colleges in India imparting the two-year degree course. The course is divided into four semesters of theoretical and practical training in the field of Social Work. MSW course is imparted in a full-time mode, distance learning mode, part-time mode and online mode. The full-time MSW course is recognised by the Universities Grants Commission offered under the Humanities stream. Of course, you can pursue an MSW course in Hindi. Many colleges are providing MSW programs in Hindi medium. It does not really affect the job prospects or portfolio. Hindi is a widely chosen medium among students who go for higher studies in India.
