Enthusiastic about technology, Ishita Jha from IIIT Bhagalpur, Bihar, secured a job offer of INR 83 lakh during her campus placement, despite not being a graduate of top-tier institutes like IIT, IIM, or NIT. The job offer she received is typically received by students from premier institutions such as IIT, IIM, NIT, etc. Through her accomplishments, she has shattered barriers and demonstrated that true talent outshines limitations. 

Ishita Jha, a BTech, third-year student at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Bhagalpur, has created a buzz with an astonishing job offer from campus placements, as reported by India Today. The turning point in her journey came when she participated in the Google Hackathon.  

During the last round of the Google Hackathon, Ishika Jha captivated everyone by presenting a project focused on predicting forest fires through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. Her outstanding performance not only secured her high scores but also placed her within the elite top 2.5% of participants. Currently, she is engaged in competitive coding and learning web development to boost her technical domain skills.
