Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test or TANCET is scheduled to be conducted on May 14 and May 15. Anna University has commenced the online registration for TANCET 2022 today, March 30. Candidates can visit the official website of TANCET (tancet.annauniv.edu) to complete the online registration process. With delays in the examination schedule, the application window is only open for a period of 20 days. Therefore, candidates must complete the registration and submit the TANCET application form before April 18.

With the change of the examination session, Anna University has hiked the application fee. Candidates need to pay INR 800 if they belong to unreserved categories. However, a fee concession has been given to reserved categories. Reserved categories belonging to Tamil Nadu need to pay INR 400 as the TANCET registration fee. Only the candidates paying the application fee before the last date will mark themselves eligible to take the exam. 

All applicants will be allowed to appear for the entrance exam as per the dates mentioned on the TANCET admit card. Applicants will be issued the TANCET 2022 admit card on May 2, downloadable at the official website.

How to Complete TANCET 2022 Registrations?

Candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below to complete the registration and submit the application form:

1. Register by entering the basic details
2. Login using the credentials generated
3. Fill in the personal details
4. Fill in the educational details
5. Fill in the examination details
6. Upload photograph and signature
7. Confirm the details entered in the form
8. Pay the TANCET application fee

Candidates must note that the application fee once paid will not be refunded. Also, change in the data entered in the application form will not be permitted at any cost. After submission of the form and payment of the application fee, candidates must take a printout of the application form confirmation page for future references.
