TG ICET 2025 Day 1 Statistics Out; 90% Attendance Recorded for June 8 Exam

TG ICET Day 1 Statistics Out; 90% Attendance Recorded for June 8 Exam

On the first day of the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TG ICET) 2025, more than 90 per cent of scheduled candidates took the state level MBA and MCA exam. The exam was conducted in two shifts on June 8 across 16 test zones in Telangana. The first shift exam was conducted from 10 AM to 12:30 PM at 93 test centres. Whereas the second shift of TG ICET 2025 June 8 exam was held in a total of 91 test centres.

As many as 24,330 candidates were to appear in each shift of TG ICET June 8 exam. The forenoon shift of June 8 ICET exam recorded a 90 per cent attendance with 21897 candidates appearing for the exam. The Afternoon shift was conducted from 2:30 PM to 5 PM with 90.98 per cent attendance. As many as 22,136 candidates took the second shift of TG ICET 2025 June 8 exam.

This year, 71757 candidates have applied for the Telangana ICET exam for MBA and MCA admissions across the state. Out of all the applicants, 37,331 were female, and 34,409 were male. 17 candidates of all the applicants were other.

The first day of TG ICET 2025 exam recorded attendance above 90 per cent. The entire statistics for total test takers will be out soon after the exam is over.

Test takers securing a minimum aggregate score of 25 per cent will be marked eligible for the Telangana MBA counselling. Reserved category candidates are exempted from the minimum qualifying score criteria. There is no qualifying score for the reserved category candidate. Telangana MBA admission will be based on the TS ICET cutoff determined based on multiple factors.

The registration numbers this year have declined to lowest in three years. Data with the total candidates qualifying for the counselling process will be out with the release of TG ICET 2025 ranks. MGU Nalgonda has scheduled the release of TG ICET results for July 7.
