TGICET 2025 Preparation Tips: Telangana Council for Higher Education (TGCHE) conducts TGICET exam for admission to MBA and MCA courses. To help the aspirants build a strong exam-taking strategy, in this article of Shiksha, we provide TGICET 2025 aspirants with the detailed TGICET exam pattern and structure. First and foremost, candidates must know and complete the TGICET syllabus and identify the areas of strengths and weaknesses. TGICET 2025 Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme

TG ICET 2025 will be conducted online for 150 minutes. The test will have 200 questions on Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability and Communication Ability. The total marks allotted for the test is 200. Given below is the break-up of TS ICET question paper.

As per the past year's trends, TSICET exam is considered easy to moderate in terms of difficulty standards. Candidates have to work on their speed as well as accuracy to score well in TSICET. Wroking on time management for TSICET exam shall require the test takers to participate in mock test series. Additionally, candidates would have to practice using the past question papers to get a fair idea of the exam structure, important topics, weightage of topics, and more. Analytical Ability questions assess candidates' logical thinking capabilities. TGICET Preparation for Mathematical Ability

  • This section required only basic mathematical skills that candidates have learnt at the secondary level.

  • The basic algorithm of attempting Mathematical Ability questions is the comprehension of a question, interpretation of what is given and what is required and solving the problems.

TGICET Preparation for Communication Skills

In TGICET, the candidates will also be assessed on their language ability, including knowledge of vocabulary, grammar, and ability to infer a written text and patterns in the form of drawing. Tips and Tricks to Crack TGICET 2025

  • The first and foremost step towards preparation is understanding the exam pattern. Once candidates are aware of the number of sections, total marks, duration of the exam and marking scheme it will become easier for them to make their study routine for the exam.

  • Candidates must be thorough with TGICET 2025 syllabus as it will help them to identify the topics they need to prepare for the exam under each section.

Analytical Ability section of TSICET exam has questions from topics in Data Sufficiency and Problem-Solving sub sections. The important topics of Analytical Ability in the TSICET exam include Reasoning, Coding and Decoding Problems, Sequences and Series, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Problem Solving, Venn Diagrams, Complete the Blank Spaces, Pie Chart, and Data, Time and Arrangement Problems. Both parts of Analytical Ability section do not have equal weightage. Topics under Data Sufficiency frame 20 questions, while topics under Problem Solving frames 55 questions.
Q:   What is the marking scheme of TSICET exam?
A:
As per the Telangana ICET marking scheme for every correct response marked, candidates will fetch 1 mark, irrespective of the section. Additionally, the marking scheme of TSICET exam states no negative marking in case of incorrect responses marked by the candidate. Moreover, there is no negative marking for questions left unattempted. All 200 questions of TSICET exam will have the common marking scheme discussed above. With no sectional time limit in the online exam, candidates can navigate across sections and questions of TSICET exam.

Yes, candidates who are in the final year of their bachelor's degree course are eligible for TG ICET registration. Candidates who are waiting for their results are also eligible to apply for the TG ICET and provisionally appear for the exam.
