Know the Exam

Before creating a strategy, it is important that one knows the exam pattern and syllabus of the exam properly. One should gather information and become familiar with TSICET 2025 syllabus as well as TSICET 2025 pattern to prepare better for the exam. A comprehensive plan for the exam can only be prepared after knowing in detail the format of the exam. In the TSICET exam, candidates will have to take the test in a computer-based exam for 150 minutes. The test will have 200 multiple-choice questions from three important sections: Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability and Communication Ability. Section-wise Preparation Strategy for TSICET 2025

Analytical Ability- analytical ability section of TSICET tests candidates’ deductive and inductive skills. It is because of this that, candidates will be tested for their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Questions in this section comprise 20 questions from Data Sufficiency and 55 questions from the problem-solving area. The total marks allotted to this section is 75.

Mathematical Ability- Mathematical ability section of TSICET 2020 tests candidates’ basic problem-solving skills, their understanding of the fundamentals of mathematics and their ability to solve problems quickly by using apt formulas and tricks. Here the more students are able to show their potential to apply the mathematical concepts logically, the better it is for them to score high marks. Questions here will be from three important sections- namely Arithmetical Ability comprising of 35 questions, Algebraical, Geometrical Ability comprising of 30 questions, and Statistical Ability comprising of 10 questions. The total marks allotted to this section is 75.

Communication Ability- Communication is an important skill. In the TSICET 2025 exam, candidates are evaluated on the basis of their language skills in this section. This section will therefore carry questions that test candidates’ knowledge on vocabulary comprising of 10 questions, business and computer terminologies comprising of 10 questions, functional grammar comprising of 15 questions and reading comprehension comprising of 15 questions. The total marks allotted to this section is 50.
