The Normalisation Process
Because the exam is held across multiple sessions, TGCHE uses a normalisation formula to ensure fairness. This process adjusts scores to account for variations in difficulty levels between different shifts. It relies on complex data, such as the average marks of the top 0.1% of students and the standard deviation across all sessions.
Because students do not have access to the global averages or standard deviation data, it is impossible to calculate a final normalised score manually. Candidates should wait for the formal results to understand their actual rank and eligibility for MBA admissions in Telangana.
TS ICET 2026 Answer Key
The preliminary answer key is released simultaneously with the response sheets. If a candidate identifies any errors in the provisional key, they can submit an official objection via email to the TS ICET convener.
