Every year, with the release of TG ICET notification, TGCHE notifies the qualifying cutoff, also known as qualifying score. Candidates appearing for the TG ICET exam must meet the qualifying cutoff to participate in the counselling process. The qualifying cutoff has not changed from the previous session. Candidates have to score a minimum of 25 per cent marks if they belong to unreserved categories. Those who belong to reserved categories are eligible for the counselling, irrespective of their scores. Out of 200 marks, your category candidates have to secure 50 marks to be eligible to participate in the counselling process.

Candidates aspiring for admissions based on TS ICET ranks have to attend the TS ICET counselling. TSCHE conducts the TS ICET counselling online. Candidates having an eligible TS ICET scores can pay the processing fee for counselling and book slots for certificate verification from the official counselling portal.
Based on the slots booked by the candidate, he/she will be required to appear for the physical certificate verification round. Once the documents are verified, candidates can complete the TGICET counselling registration and generate a password. This password along with other login credentials helps candidates participate in web options entry process held online.
