IBPS RRB Exam Pattern 2023 & Marking Scheme

The prelims, mains and single-level IBPS RRB exam is conducted online. All questions are objective-type. The question paper is framed in English and Hindi. There are negative marks for wrong answers, ¼ marks are deducted a penalty. The preliminary exam is held for 80 marks while the mains and single-level exam is conducted for 200 marks.

IBPS RRB scorecard is required to be downloaded online only. There is no facility to check the same offline. It is released few days after the declaration of the result. Candidates can get it by logging with the required credentials.

There is no facility to recheck IBPS RRB result. The same announced by the examination authority is considered as final. The result is announced online. Candidates can check their results by logging with the required credentials.

IBPS RRB normalisation of marks is done since the exam is conducted in multiple shifts. This is followed to adjust the difficulty level of the questions across various sessions. The result and cut off are decided based on normalisation.
