IBPS Clerk Shift Timings 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will conduct the IBPS Clerk mains exam from November 29 to December 2. The mains exam of IBPS Clerk is conducted in single shift from 8.35 am to 10.35 am. Candidates must carry their prelims admit card of IBPS Clerk prelims examalong with the mains hall ticket to the exam centre. The details related to the IBPS Clerk shift timings are mentioned in the admit card. IBPS Clerk Prelims Shift Timings 2025

IBPS Clerk prelims exam is conducted in four shifts. IBPS Clerk exam pattern 2025 comprises three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. Candidates need to answer 100 questions within 60 minutes of ibps clerk exam time. Candidates get 20 minutes to answer each section. The score of the prelims exam is calculated out of 100 marks.

IBPS Clerk Mains Shift Timings 2025

IBPS Clerk mains exam is conducted in single shift. IBPS Clerk mains pattern comprises four sections: General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, and Quantitative Aptitude. IBPS Clerk mains time duration is 160 minutes with sectional timings. The test carries a total of 190 questions and the total marks are 200. IBPS Clerk mains shift timings are given below.

IBPS Clerk Syllabus 2025

IBPS Clerk syllabus is of graduation level. Candidates can check below the important topics under each section of the paper.

English Language: Reading Comprehension, Cloze Test, Fillers, Spotting Errors, Sentence Improvement, Fill in the Blanks, etc.

Numerical Ability: Number Series, Simplification/ Approximation, Quadratic Equations, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, etc.

Reasoning Ability: Puzzle and Arrangements, Inequality, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Direction sense and Order and Ranking, etc.

Computer Aptitude: History and Generation of Computers, Introduction to Computer Organisation, Computer Hardware and I/O Devices, Computer Languages, Basics of DBMS, Operating System, Internet, Computer Network & Security, Computer Memory, Computer Software, etc.

General Knowledge: Banking and Insurance Awareness, Financial Awareness, Current Affairs, Govt. Schemes and Policies, Static Awareness, etc.

IBPS Clerk Exam Day Guidelines 

The exam day guidelines for IBPS Clerk are given below:

  • The call letter contains the date, time, and venue address of the examination
  • Bring the IBPS Clerk admit card to the examination venue along with your recent passport-sized photograph without fail
  • No use of calculators (separate or with a watch), books, notebooks or written notes, cell phones (with or without camera facility), or any other electronic device will be allowed during the examination.
  • It is essential that candidates need to affix photograph in call letter. In addition, carry an original of any valid photo identity proof with a photocopy of said photo identity proof stapled to the call letter
  • Make sure to carry a ballpoint pen. Sheets of paper will be provided at the exam centre
  • Stationery items like textual material (printed or written), bits of paper, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner are banned inside the exam hall
  • Communication devices like Mobile P, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band, etc. are not allowed
  • Other items like Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, Any watch/Wrist Watch, Cameras and any metallic items are not allowed
  • Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle (only transparent water bottle is allowed) are not allowed
