The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced IBPS RRB 2020 mains result and cut off marks for Office Assistant/Clerk on March 1. Candidates who have appeared in the mains exam can check their results from the official website. To check IBPS RRB result 2020, candidates need to enter registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. Candidates can check their results till March 31, 2021.

Provisional allotment for IBPS RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose) post has been done as per the category-wise vacancies. The provisional allotment of candidates have been done based on merit-cum-preference. Offer of appointment, verification, and joining formalities will be issued from the allotted RRB in due course of time. Selected candidates will have to undergo local language test. A reserve list for each category has been maintained which will be filled if any further vacancies are announced by the respective RRBs.

The state-wise and category-wise IBPS RRB cut off for the mains exam has been calculated out of 100. The scores of candidates have been calculated based on the number of questions answered correctly in the objective test after applying penalty for wrong answers. Final scores have been rounded off to two digits after the decimal point. Cutoffs have been applied in individual tests and total weighted score.

Total weighted score has been calculated as per the given below formula:

Total weighted score=Scores obtained in Reasoning x 1.25+Computer Knowledge x 0.50+General Awarenessx1.00+ English Language/Hindi Languagex1.00+Numerical Ability x1.25

IBPS RRB scorecard is required to be downloaded online only. There is no facility to check the same offline. It is released few days after the declaration of the result. Candidates can get it by logging with the required credentials.

There is no facility to recheck IBPS RRB result. The same announced by the examination authority is considered as final. The result is announced online. Candidates can check their results by logging with the required credentials.

IBPS RRB normalisation of marks is done since the exam is conducted in multiple shifts. This is followed to adjust the difficulty level of the questions across various sessions. The result and cut off are decided based on normalisation.
