The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has conducted IBPS RRB Clerk 2022 mains exam on September 24. IBPS RRB Clerk 2022 mains exam was conducted online at various exam centres across the country. The examination was held for the recruitment of 4567 posts of Group B-Office Assistant (Multipurpose) across 43 participating rural regional banks in India. According to the candidates, the IBPS RRB Clerk 2022 mains exam was of moderate. Candidates had to carry their prelims admit card to the exam centre along with the mains admit card. Those who did not carry their prelims admit card was not allowed to appear for the exam. The Maths section was tough and calculative and the GK sections was hard.  Maximum questions in GK were from banking related topics. In GK questions were asked from government schemes, girl child development scheme, scheduled commercial banks etc. The Reasoning section was easy to moderate, English Language section was easy to moderate, Hindi Language section was moderate and Computer Aptitude section was easy to moderate. Statement-based questions were asked in all the sections of the exam. Current Affairs questions were asked from the last six months events.

The IBPS RRB Clerk 2022 mains exam for Office Assistant posts was conducted for a duration of 120 minutes. The questions were both in English and the selected language as applied to the state. The overall difficulty level of the exam is given below.

Anisha said, “The GA section was moderate. The Maths section was calculative and difficult. The Reasoning section was easy to moderate. I had opted for the English section and the paper was easy to moderate. The Computer Knowledge section was easy to moderate. I have attempted 138 questions.”

Bharat said, “The paper was easy in terms of difficulty level. I have attempted 170 questions. In Reasoning, number-based puzzles, circle-based puzzles, linear puzzles, day-based puzzles and post-wise puzzles questions were asked. In DI, pie-chart DI, tabular DI and caselet questions were asked.”

Harsh said, "I have attempted 40 questions in English. Questions were asked from Missplet, Reading Comprehension, Error Detection, Cloze Test, Fillers, Phrase Replacement, etc."

IBPS RRB Clerk Mains Exam Analysis 2022: Section-Wise

The section-wise IBPS RRB Clerk exam analysis 2022 is given below:

Reasoning

Around three questions were asked from ranking & number-based puzzles, five questions were asked from circular, five questions were asked from Line-based puzzles, four to five questions were asked from day based puzzle, four to five questions were asked from post-wise + city-based puzzle. There were three questions from Fillers/ Reverse Inequality. Questions were also asked from Blood Relation, Direction & distance, etc.  

Quantitative Aptitude

Questions in this sections were asked from Missing Numbers, Quadratic equation, Tabular DI, DI (Pie Chart & Line Graph), DI (Caselet) Q1 & Q2 (5 questions), Arithmetic, etc.

General Awareness

In GK questions were asked from the following topics:
