IBPS RRB PO 2021 Exam Pattern

IBPS RRB PO exam pattern is divided into five sections: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, English/Hindi Language, and Computer Knowledge. The test paper carried a total of 200 questions. The maximum marks allotted to the test are 200. The duration of the IBPS PO mains exam was two hours. Brijpal, who had appeared for the exam from Gujarat, said, “The overall difficulty level of the paper was moderate. Questions in the Computer section were tricky. The questions on passage asked in the Hindi Language section were tough and lengthy. The Reasoning section was moderate. Questions in the Reasoning section were asked from Puzzles (floor-based, month-based, etc.), Data Sufficiency, Blood Relation, Syllogism. The Quantitative Aptitude section was easy to moderate. Questions were asked about Data Interpretation, Line Graph, Caselet, Missing Number Series, Profit & Loss. The General Awareness section was moderate. In the General Awareness section, Olympic-related questions were asked. There were questions on LIC MD, BPCL MD, Small Finance Bank Headquarter. Questions on Banking Awareness were also asked.”

Rakesh, who had appeared for the exam from Rajasthan, said, “The overall paper was easy to moderate. Questions in Quant section were easy, except Data Interpretation questions. The questions on Data Interpretation were of high level. The Reasoning section was moderate and questions were asked from Direction, Blood Relation, Syllogism, Puzzles, Assumptions, etc. In Hindi Language, questions on Paragraph, Cloze Test were easy, however, questions on Truti were of high level. General Awareness and Computer sections were moderate. In Computer section, questions were asked from MS word, excel, etc., they were of high level. In General Awareness, questions were asked from Current Affairs, Static GK, MSME, etc. The scoring sections in IBPS RRB PO 2021 mains exam were Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning.”

IBPS RRB scorecard is required to be downloaded online only. There is no facility to check the same offline. It is released few days after the declaration of the result. Candidates can get it by logging with the required credentials.

There is no facility to recheck IBPS RRB result. The same announced by the examination authority is considered as final. The result is announced online. Candidates can check their results by logging with the required credentials.

IBPS RRB normalisation of marks is done since the exam is conducted in multiple shifts. This is followed to adjust the difficulty level of the questions across various sessions. The result and cut off are decided based on normalisation.
