The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will conduct IBPS RRB PO interview from November 14 onwards. Candidates who have qualified the mains exam will appear for IBPS RRB PO interview. To crack the IBPS RRB PO interview, candidates need to prepare well. The interview carries 100 marks. The interview is co-ordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Bank with the help of NABARD and IBPS.

Interviews of IBPS RRB are conducted at select centres. The centre, address of the venue, time & date of Interview are informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter. IBPS PO Interview Questions: Important Points

Some of the important points related to IBPS PO interview questions are given below:

  • The total marks allotted for Interview are 100
  • The minimum qualifying marks/scores in interview for Officers Scale I, II and III will be as per extant guidelines.
  • The relative weightage (ratio) of online examination and Interview will be 80:20 respectively for the Officers cadre
  • The combined final score of candidates will be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the online exam and interview
  • A candidate should qualify both in the Online Examination (Main/ Single) and Common Interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent provisional allotment process, details of which will be made available subsequently on authorised IBPS website

IBPS RRB scorecard is required to be downloaded online only. There is no facility to check the same offline. It is released few days after the declaration of the result. Candidates can get it by logging with the required credentials.

There is no facility to recheck IBPS RRB result. The same announced by the examination authority is considered as final. The result is announced online. Candidates can check their results by logging with the required credentials.

IBPS RRB normalisation of marks is done since the exam is conducted in multiple shifts. This is followed to adjust the difficulty level of the questions across various sessions. The result and cut off are decided based on normalisation.
