ICAR AIEEA 2019 counselling for all undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses is being conducted in August. Candidates who are offered admission as part of the last round of counselling for ICAR AIEEA need to complete their admission process latest by September 3, 2019.

All candidates who have cleared the Science entrance exam are eligible to appear for AIEEA counselling. It may be noted that a total of four counselling rounds that are being conducted for admissions through ICAR AIEEA exam. Also, candidates have the option of upgradation of course or university in the first two rounds only.

ICAR AIEEA Counselling Dates 2019

The counselling process for ICAR AIEEA started in July and continued till August. Candidates can view ICAR AIEEA exam dates and counselling schedule in the table below:

ICAR AIEEA 2019 counselling process includes the following steps:

• Online registration
• Choice filling and locking
• Seat allotment result
• Reporting at the allotted university for verification of documents

Given below is the detailed explanation for each step of AIEEA counselling for the reference of candidates:

Step 1: Online Registration

Candidates willing to take part in the online counselling process of AIEEA first need to register themselves on the official website of ICAR. The registration fee (non-refundable) for ICAR AIEEA counselling is Rs 400.

Step 2: Choice Filling & Locking

Next, candidates need to login to their registered accounts on the AIEEA counselling portal and make their choice for the courses and universities in which they plan to secure admission. Candidates can fill their choice for more than one course and university on the portal. Once the choice filling is done, candidates need to save as well as lock their choices. However, it may be noted that once the choices are locked or the last date has passed, candidates will not be able to update their choices on the portal.

Step 3: Seat Allotment Result

Once the choice filling process is over, ICAR will release the AIEEA seat allotment result on its official website. The seat allotment result will be released on the basis of merit and availability of seats.

Step 4: Verification of Documents

Lastly, candidates allotted seats need to download their provisional admission letter from the AIEEA counselling portal and report at the allotted university along with all the original educational documents. Once the document verification process is completed by the university, candidates will be allotted their final admission letter.

On the basis of ICAR AIEEA exam conducted for UG courses, candidates can secure admission in courses like Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Fisheries, Home Science, Sericulture, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science/ Food Technology, Biotechnology, etc. On the other hand, through ICAR AIEEA PG exam candidates can secure admission in 20 subject groups.
