ICAR (CUET) Application Form (Extended) 2023: Registration Link, Eligibility, Fees & Steps to Apply Online

CUET UG 2023 application form submission last date has been extended till March 30. The application correction window will be open from April 1 to April 3. ICAR 2023 will take the admissions of the specified UG courses through CUET UG 2023 scores. Hence, there would be no ICAR-AIEEA (UG) for admission to UG courses in Agriculture and  CUET UG 2023 application form has been released by NTA on February 10. The last date to submit the application form is March 12. The CUET 2023 application correction window will be conducted from March 15 to March 18, 11:50 PM. The ICAR AIEEA application form will be available on the official website of the exam in an online mode. NTA is the conducting authority of this exam. To apply for ICAR AIEEA 2023 exam, the first step is to register on the official website and thereafter fill their details in the application form. It may be noted that candidates can apply online for ICAR AIEEA for admission in Agriculture and Allied Science courses offered at colleges accepting ICAR AIEEA scores for admission in undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses.

Aspirants can fill the online application form for the exam after meeting CUET (ICAR-UG) eligibility criteria. There were four steps in the application process for CUET (ICAR-UG)2023, which included registration, filling the application form, uploading documents, and payment of the application fee. Things to keep in mind while filling CUET Application Form 2023

Students planning to approach  for CUET registration 2023 should note the below points:

• Candidates can apply to a maximum of three participating central universities only. To apply to more than three universities, candidates need to pay the application fee again.
• Candidates can opt for a maximum of 10 subjects.
• The application form of a candidate will not be accepted by exam authorities till the CUET test fee is paid successfully.
• An email and SMS will be sent to the candidate's registered email ID and phone number on successful CUET online application form submission and fee payment.

How to fill CUET (ICAR-UG) Application Form 2023

Candidates seeking admission could apply for CUET via online mode on the official website of the exam as per the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Registration

The first step is to register for the CUET 2023 by visiting the official website of the exam. After this, they need to click on the 'New Registration' tab and read the instructions carefully before proceeding. In the next step, they have to fill the registration form with their personal, contact details and address and choose a password and security question. Upon entering the security pin, their registration process will be complete. Candidates will receive the username and password on their registered email and SMS. The mandatory fields to be filled in the CUET 2023 registration form are as follows:

• Candidate Name

• Father’s Name

• Mother’s Name

• Guardian’s Name

• Date of Birth from drop-down box

• Gender

• Nationality

• Identity Type (Select a valid Photo Identity Card type)

• Identity Card Number

• Present and Permanent Address

• Email ID

• Mobile Number and Alternate Contact Number

• Choose Password (8-13 characters with one special character, one uppercase character, one lowercase character and one numerical character)

• Select a Security Question and Answer

• Enter Security Pin

• Verify the submitted details

• Enter OTP sent on Mobile Number

Step 2: Application Process

Details that candidates need to fill in the CUET application form are as follows:

Personal Details: This section fetches information from the registration form and the additional details required are as follows:

• Confirmation of PwBD category

• Parent’s Qualification

• Parent’s Occupation

• Annual Family Income

• Confirmation of Being a Twin

• Domicile State

• Confirmation of Being a Diabetic

• Place of Residence

• Mode of Preparation

• Medium of Studying in Qualifying Education

• Other Quota & Category Information and Confirmation such as BPL, Kashmiri Migrant, Ward of Defence Personnel/Ex-Serviceman, Claim for NCC Quota, Claim for Sports Quota, Ward of University Employee

Education Details: In this section, candidates will have to enter their qualifying exam details such as the name of the board/college, passing year, marks obtained, and percentage scored. The fields to be filled are as follows:

Class 10 and Class 12 or Equivalent Education Details

The details to be filled in this section are as follows:

• Result Status

• Passing Year

• Qualifying Examination

• Place of Schooling

• Type of School/College

• Qualifying Examination Country, State and District

• Board Name

• School/College Name, Address and Pincode

• Roll Number

• Result Mode

Step 3: Examination Centre Selection: Candidates will have to choose two examination state and city choices in the preferential order in which they wish to appear for the exam.

Step 4: University/Programme Selection: Candidates will have to apply for one or more universities and programmes from the dropdown menu and click on the Add button. Candidates may change the selected universities/programmes by clicking on the ‘Update’ tab.

Step 5: Test Paper/Subject Selection: Candidates will have to select a minimum of three and a maximum 10 subjects or papers. Along with the subject selection, candidates will also have to select the medium or language of the question paper they wish to opt for. In case of selecting less than 10 subjects, candidates will have to select NA: Not Applicable option for the rest of the subject fields.

Step 6: Upload Photograph and Signature

At this stage, candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature as per the prescribed specifications. The following table brings the details of the documents to be uploaded.

After this step, candidates will have to verify each and every detail entered and also verify their email id. They will receive an OTP in the email id and upon entering that, they will be redirected to the CUET 2023 application fee payment section.

Step 7: Application Fee Payment

Candidates will have to pay the CUET 2023 application fee online (net banking/ credit card/ debit card/ UPI/ Wallet). It may be noted that candidates’ application fee status (paid/ not paid) would appear on the form.

The detailed breakup of the application fee amount will be given on the screen along with the payment windows, which are:

• State Bank of India

• Canara Bank

• ICICI Bank

• Paytm

After that, candidates will have to select the payment mode among Net Banking, Cards and UPI and complete the payment process.

Upon successful payment, an application confirmation message will be displayed on the screen and the confirmation message and PDF will be sent to the candidates’ registered email ID as well.

CUET UG 2023 Application Form Mistakes to Avoid

Candidates must note that the NTA can reject the CUET application form 2023 for certain reasons. Hence, students are advised to avoid the following mistakes:

• Avoid uploading a blurred image of your signature

• Use plain white paper as the background while scanning the images

• Make sure to upload the qualification certificates as demanded

What After CUET UG 2023 Application Process

After completing the CUET UG 2023 application process, candidates will have to preserve the following information:

• CUET 2023 Application Confirmation Page printout and soft copy

• CUET UG 2023 Credentials (Registration/Application Number and Password)

• Documents uploaded in the CUET 2023 application form

• Verify the details entered and make a list of corrections/changes to be done during the CUET 2023 Application Correction window.

CUET 2023 Application Password Retrieve and Reset Process

In case a candidate has forgotten the CUET UG 2023 application password, he/she can retrieve the same by following the below procedure:

• Visit the CUET UG 2023 website

• Click on the Log in tab

• Click on the Forgot Password

• Enter the Security Question Answer

• The password will be sent to the registered email id

In case candidates wish to reset the password, candidates will have to follow the steps given below:

• Visit the CUET UG 2023 website

• Click on the Log in tab

• Click on ‘Reset/Change Password’ tab

• A link will be mailed to the registered email id

• Click on the link and change/reset the password

How to Make CUET 2023 Application Correction

Candidates will have to follow the steps given below to make changes to the CUET 2023 application form:

• Visit the official website of CUET 2023 – cuet.samarth.ac.in  

• Click on the ‘Sign In’ tab on the top right side of the page

• Enter your application number, password and security pin

• Click on the tab indicating application correction

• Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number and email address

• Make the necessary changes

• Verify the details before final submission

Following are the fields that the candidates could not edit:

• Mobile number

• Email address

• Permanent and correspondence address

In case of a change of category, the fee was changed accordingly. The correction was applicable only after payment of an additional fee if any.
