OUAT Entrance Exam pattern details are given below.

Candidates must know that they need to follow the guidelines and instructions on the day of the OUAT Exam as mentioned below:

• The exam will be conducted in a single sitting.  The candidate must appear for the entrance examination as per the scheduled time and date mentioned in his/her admit card. 

• The candidates are to report 2 hours before the examination. Detailed instructions will be provided on the admit card.  

• No Mobile phone headphones/any other electronic gadgets are allowed during the examination. Candidates, who are found to use unfair means shall be debarred from the examination.  

• The candidates are to obey the instructions of the Centre Superintendent and Invigilators at the Examination Centre. 

• The invigilators will take attendance on the attendance sheets, in which the candidates shall have to put their full signature against their corresponding roll number.  

• The candidate, after logging in, must go through instructions for the examination displayed on the computer screen.  

• The examination does not require using any paper, pen, pencil or external calculator. However, paper will be supplied for rough wor,k which will be collected by the invigilators.  

• Each student will get questions and a choice of answers in a different order, selected randomly from the affixed Question Data bank. 

• The students just need to click on the Right Choice / Correct option from the multiple choices/options given with each question. For Multiple Choice Questions, each question has four options, and the candidate must click the appropriate option. 

The OUAT Entrance Exam centres are located in Odisha. Outside the state, there is one centre in New Delhi. 

Students can make modifications to their OUAT application form after submission. But one must make the changes before the deadline. This correction window is opened to permit students to rectify a mistake in the application form. No students can make changes after the end date. Students are advised to read all the information carefully.

If a candidate fails to submit their OUAT Application Form before the end date they will not be able to submit their application for this year's entrance exam. In general, OUAT does not extend the application deadline. 

It is expected that the exam will be held in the first week of June 2026, over two days.
