RIE CEE Colleges 2026: The exam conducting body, the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) conducts the Regional Institute of Education Common Entrance Examination. It is one of the most popular BEd entrance exam conducted to shortlist candidates for BEd / BSc BEd / BA BEd along with PG courses such as MSc BEd and MEd courses. After completing the course and getting shortlisted for the course, candidates will be selected for the colleges. In this write up, candidates can check the course wise seat intake as well as the colleges.

The RIE CEE 2026 exam is conducted to offer admission to eligible candidates in the following undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) teaching courses:

All candidates who clears the RIE CEE 2026 exam are eligible to secure admission in their respective courses offered at Prarambh and the following Regional Institutes of Education (RIEs):

In the year 2025, there were a total of 1,205 seats up for grabs for UG and PG admissions through the RIE CEE exam. In the last year 2024, the list was not released. Check the course-wise total seats on offer at colleges accepting RIE CEE scores below:

For BSc BEd course, 180 seats each are up for grabs for Physical Science Group candidates and Biological Science Group candidates. Apart from this, 70 seats BScB.Ed seats are also offered at Prarambh. However, the institute does not provide information on the number of seats available for different group candidates.
