According to AKTU IET (Institute of Engineering and Technology) Brochure 2025, the highest package offered in 2024 was INR 53 LPA. I'm not at all satisfied with this college: poor faculty, poor placements.

Placements: Around 50-60% of the students get placements, and only those who have studied quite hard get placements. The highest is the 66 LPA package of all time offered in the last batch, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA, which is given by the mass recruiters company. There are various companies like TCS, Infosys, etc., that conduct placement drives in our college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good, but yes, if you want to play any sport, then don't come because they don't let us play anything. Class timings are very crucial, and we can't do anything during class timings. Hostel rooms are good; each one is equipped with AC, and the mess is also decent. Classes and labs are clean and equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is not present, just use the LAN cable for wired internet.

Faculty: Teachers are not that knowledgeable, in my opinion, and the curriculum is also not relevant in real life. They don't make students industry-ready at all. It is difficult to pass the semester exams, as the checking of papers is quite unpredictable. Anyone can get a back, and the passing percentage is 21 marks out of 70.

Other: Scholarships come from the government, and there is an annual fest named Ignitia in the month of February. The rest of the extracurricular activities are nothing in this college: no sports, no free lectures, nothing, just 9-5 college life with 8 lectures of 50 minutes daily. They don't conduct extracurricular activities.

In short the overall experience is good. Infrastructure is average.

Placements: Some companies came to hire on campus especially Accenture. Some startups are also there but sometimes they do not match our salary expectations as we hire students in bulk hiring mass hiring. Students have a good rank in the GATE examination.

Infrastructure: College provides a new department for Computer Science Engineering. College provides a basketball ground a badminton court and a big ground for football and cricket. College provides a well established lab for biotechnology students.

Faculty: Teachers are experienced most of them are doing their Ph.D. or have done it before. All are well behaved and helping. They help you to get placed or to prepare for GATE examination. Overall experience with the faculty members is good if you are well behaved and study oriented person.

Other: City life is good but do not go for village like areas. Overall experience is good.

Placements: 40 percent of students are placed in CSE. The highest pacakge offered is 10LPA and the lowest package offered is 3LPA. Infosys Wipro Hcl etc. 10 percent of students got scholarships. The rate of intern students in Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology is at an average level. It has to be improved by our institute nowadays we are focusing on that.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not decent it is at average level. Hostels have Wi-Fi and a common hall for discussion. Mess food is at average level and there is a medical emergency ambulance but it does not have any sports facilities in hostel premises and there is no permission to go outside after 5 pm.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified and the teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready. The semester exams in our college are at a standard level. Almost all the students in the batch are in our college.

Other: My course is Computer Science and Engineering. The best things in my college are focusing on the soft skills and technical skills. Our college has a fest named Anubhuti.

Placements: Knit Sultanpur a batch generally consists of 85 students and Knit offers Bachelors in six branches. The placement ratio of the college is not very impressive as the latest placement reports show that only 30 to 40 students got placed with the highest placement of 10LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS Infosys and Wipro. There are very few internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: We got a shared hostel with a total student accommodation of three students in a room. The infrastructure of the hostel is not good. Hostel provides internet facilities. The academic building is very old with very poor infrastructure. The labs are outdated lacking basic equipments.

Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and they are Ph.D. holders in their respective subjects. The teaching quality is good in a few subjects but not good in others. The curriculum of the course is too outdated creating a huge skill gap. The semester exams are not too difficult. Almost all the students passed the exam.

Other: I chose this college because it is the best option available for me at my JEE rank. The best thing about my college course is that it teaches us to solve real world problems and the tech world is always open to us. The curriculum is a bit outdated this needs to be updated. The cultural council of the knit organizes a yearly cultural fest named Anubhuti. There are several societies and clubs for various types of sports.

Placements: The placement of Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology has been average in the past few years. The college did not provide us with actual placement records data from the past few years. The highest package of this college is 29LPA off campus and 12LPA on campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology is average as compared to other colleges. This college also provides us with a decent library in which we get some books related to our syllabus. Classroom is not very good but decent. Food quality is very good.

Faculty: Some faculty members are well qualified and some have a decent degree. They are teaching us very well. You get a lot of pressure such as assignment practicals and attendance related. Some teachers are very supportive and helpful to me. This college is autonomous you got a good CGPA in the semester.

Not satisfied the college due to the lack of qualified faculty and the limited facilities on campus.

Placements: 25 percent of the students in my course get placed. The package is not that much it is about 4LPA. The companies in which students are placed are not that popular. There is no internship offered by the college during the course. Students have to do internship at a private company.

Infrastructure: The department is good. All the classrooms are good but non AC and there are also labs for practical work. There is a good library on campus where you can study in your free time. All other facilities like canteen are there but they are open rarely due to the small number of students in college. Sports activity is performed from time to time. Medical facilities are also available.

Faculty: Some faculty are nice in terms of qualification and knowledge. The way of teaching is good. Mostly it depends on the students on how they study if they take studying seriously and study sincerely then they will get good marks. Otherwise it will be tough to pass the exams.

Other: Very few events are organized on campus. Not that many students on the campus. Extra curricular activities are performed from time to time.
