The duration of all M.Tech courses at BITS Pilani is two years. Each M.Tech course has 4 semesters in it and each course is offered in full-time mode only. Candidates can get admission in BIT Mesra M.Tech course with a valid GATE score. BITS Pilani ME/MTech fee range between INR 2.42 Lacs and INR 10.4 lakh for two years. The semester/ term BITS Pilani fee for integrated first degree and higher degree courses is Rs 2,31,500 for the first and second semesters. The BITS Hyderabad highest package offered during the 2025 placement drive is yet to be released. According to the media reports, the average salary offered across the three campuses in 2025 stood at INR 28.64 LPA. Earlier, the average and median package secured by the overall batch 2024 was INR 20.77 LPA and INR 18 LPA.
