BITS Pilani- Its Magic. That's not an exaggeration. An amazing college.
Placements: More than 90% of the students have been placed, the rest have opted for higher studies in various top universities and colleges in India and abroad. The highest package was 40 LPA, average package is 12 LPA, the lowest package is 6LPA. Top recruiting companies were Uber, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, BCG, Brain, Michelin, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley. Around 80% of the students got internships and most of them got PPOs in Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft, Zomato, Swiggy.
Infrastructure: We have 24x7 Wi-Fi for everyone, irrespective of department. We have state-of-the-art labs and cutting edge technologies. We have one of the best libraries in engineering colleges in the country. Classrooms are divided into lecture theatres and smaller classrooms. Lecture theatres have projectors, Wi-Fi and are air conditioned. Some of the smaller classrooms aren't air conditioned and are being renovated at a very fast pace. There are total 13 hostels (including 1 for girls). There is one mess building per two hostels. There is a day canteen and night canteen (operates from 8:30pm to 2 am. There is a well-equipped gym and a sports ground with various sports facilities including basketball, cricket, football, volleyball etc.
Faculty: Some of the teachers are amazing, really helpful and knowledgeable. Some other teacher are just average in teaching but have exemplary knowledge. Very few are bad and not helpful ( you can count them on your finger ). The course curriculum is up to date and the teachers keep on telling us about new breakthroughs happening in field. With its unique practice school system and choice of project related electives, it make a student ready for both industry as well as higher studies.

It is an amazing college, which provides a memorable college life.
Placements: Almost 100% of the students got placements from our batch with the highest salary package of 44 LPA, and the average salary package of 13 LPA and the lowest salary package of 7 LPA. The top recruiters of our course are Oracle, Atlassian and Arcesium. The top roles are offered in the IT sector, like SDE followed by the finance sector like analysts. All the final year students surely provided with an internship for 6 months, i.e., one semester. Students also have an option of opting for a thesis instead of the internship.
Infrastructure: All the hostels and the entire academic block are equipped with a strong Wi-Fi network provided by our college. Classrooms are topnotch, and huge classrooms have an accommodation capacity of 400 students, while small classrooms have an accommodation capacity of 100 students. The library covers an area of 55,000 square feet and houses the latest reference books and novels. Hostels are in great condition with common washrooms. The food quality is average, but there are multiple gala days, which make up for it. Our college has a massive football field, cricket ground, hockey field, volleyball court, kabaddi court and indoor sports complex. The campus has a medical centre, which is sufficient for the strength of the campus.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly educated and trained. They provide multiple evaluation components to test the students. Classrooms are also equipped with recording facilities to record the lectures so that the students can watch them later and follow the course. There are also some visiting faculty members from other colleges. The course curriculum is relevant. It equips the students to perform their internships with complete efficiency. Students are also provided with problems from the industry for hackathon competitions.
Other: I have an interest in mathematics, so I chose this course. The best part about this course is that it is versatile in its application as mathematics is a part of every field. The only improvement that could be needed in our course is more involvement of different courses and problem statements from them. Our college organises 3 major fests, i.e., Atmos, Arena and Pearl. The campus crowd is varied, but primarily, they are from the Southern part of India. The major connectivity to campus is by state-run bus, and the campus is located in the middle of a forest, which provides freshness and green. Our institute provides multiple scholarships based on need and merit.

Other: Best thing about BITS Pilani, the campus life. The college doesn't force you to attend the classes but it’s your own motivation which lead you to learn and develop. The fight by each individual to learn and grow helps you to never sit idle and always fighting to know more. I experienced ultimate growth of myself joining BITS pilani and feel a complete reimbursement of the money I paid to this college to my development. Joining BITS, introduces to an ever growing family of BITSians which are everywhere in this world and are always forward to help you in every possible manner. Such an existence of someone you never met, but you know will honestly help you, I saw first time here and I love it. If anyone ask me, is BITS Pilani good, I will say you will never get such an experience in your lifetime.

No reservation policy of BITS gives a very competitive atmosphere for students to develop in all aspects of life. Apart from academics, BITS offers a lot of opportunity to enhance and grow in extra and co-curricular activities. Due to its very successful alumni base, it has got a very good reputation in industry. It has brand value of its own, if compared almost at par with IIT. IT'S SO OBVIOUS THAT BITS IS BETTER THAN ANY OTHER PRIVATE COLLEGE IN INDIA AND ALSO EVEN BETTER THAN MANY OF THE GOVERNMENT COLLEGES.
