It will give you good facilities, infrastructure, and placements.
Placements: 70-90% of students got placed. For all B.Tech courses, it is now Rs. 8,00,000 for the whole 4 years. TCS, Capgemini, Grab, Cognizant, and IBM are top recruiter companies. You will have a leadership and management course in it. You will communicate a lot in English for a better future.
Infrastructure: All facilities are good. We have labs and Wi-Fi on the campus. The hostel facility is good. The canteen, medical, sports, and games are good. All classrooms are good.
Faculty: We have to attend all classes. It is mandatory for all. It should be 75% in every semester. You will have to score 75% in all semesters. Teachers are helpful. The teaching quality is good. The curriculum is relevant. But you have to study a lot. Semester exams are not tough. All faculty will make you ready for placements, but it is up to you how you handle all situations in an interview.
Other: I chose this course because I want to gain knowledge in electronics. Some power plants and research organisations visit the college. They are helpful if students get it from the second year. Fests and scholarships are okay.

Satisfied with the placements, helpful faculty, but dissatisfied because of the infrastructure.
Placements: The placement in our college is overall good. More than 95% of students were placed in the year 2022. The highest package offered was 72 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA by TCS Ninja. IT giants like TCS, Capgemini, and Cognizant come to our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college is kind of satisfactory. We are paying a good amount of money every semester, but we are not getting what we are paying. Wi-Fi is available everywhere, but our classrooms and labs are not equipped with AC. The hostel is 1 km away from the college. Mess food is provided to the hostelers. We also have Annual Sports Day, and a sports room is there too, which provides the equipment.
Faculty: The faculty is very helpful in our college. They are highly qualified, and most of them are IITians. The quality is quite good. Our course is in accordance to the prescribed AICTE curriculum. That does make students industry-ready, but it also depends on the students and how much effort they are giving. Semester exams are moderately difficult. If we do our classes regularly, then we can easily pass the exams. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: From my childhood itself, I had decided to pursue engineering. I am enrolled in an ECE course, and it's quite good. The infrastructure of the college can be improved. There are multiple events and fests in our college, like cultural, technical, literary, food, and clothing fests.

Honest review of UEM Kolkata.
Placements: Nearly 70% to 80% of eligible students are placed. The highest package is 8 to 9 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, Mindtree, and Accenture. The top roles include teaching computer science, information technology, electronics, and communication engineering.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on all the floors, and classrooms are quite big and ventilated. All books are available in the library, which we can issue and study at the same time. Labs are good, and every instrument is working well. The hostel is good and offers 2-time meals, but the food quality is moderate. Sports and games are available in the basement area of the building.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified; a number of faculty members are qualified from IIT and NIT. The teaching quality is very good; smart classes are available in classrooms. The semester exams are quite difficult, but every note and PPT shared by the faculty members are enough to score good marks in the examination. Every student gets a SGPA above 7 and more, but students get supply.
Other: The course has a bright future ahead as computer and technology are vastly growing across the country; moreover, my dream to become a software developer is one of the main reasons why I chose this course. The college organizes events every year. The biggest events are esctacia, eutopia, and uemcon. Scholarships are given to the needy students who are financially unstable or to families who have lost there job or any other financial crisis.

Good placements along with the faculty members being really knowledgeable.
Placements: 80 percent of the students from this course get placed. The highest package is 72LPA with an average package of 8-9LPA. Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, and TCS visit for recruitments. I don't have any idea about the placement percentage yet but as per what has happened yet, the college had given us the opportunity to do internships in the 1st year itself which was totally our choice.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms along with a library are what you get provided with in this college. Hostel ambience is classier than you would expect, but the food is average. Medical facility is also available and you will also get sports and games facilities. There is a subject called curricular activities where we get to learn French which is the most interesting part. Also, they provide you a coaching for the GATE examination.
Faculty: UEM faculty members are really amazing. They teach well. They will also stay beside you whenever you need and are always ready to solve yours problem. The curriculum is easier than MAKAUT syllabus. I just heard yesterday that the students of MAKAUT are feeling that the question papers are too hard but in UEM, according to me, the questions are prepared between easy to medium levels of difficulty.
Other: I chose my course as B.Tech because I always wished to be an engineer and to work for an IT company.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides good facilities. The food served in the mess is good and hygienic. Classrooms are equipped with projectors. We have a library, Wi-Fi, etc. Labs have equipment. The hostel is good. The hostel has good environment. The hostel is provided by the IEM-UEM group.
