The college has really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: 50% students got placement from my college in my degree, and the offer letters are all too good. Like the highest packages are sometimes in crores, but these are rare, most common are 10 to 12 LPA. So, it is a good university/college for admission.
Infrastructure: There are all the facilities in my university, like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. All the amenities are very good. The hostel has all the facilities. The quality of food is also very good, and there is a different mess menu every day and celebrates everything.
Faculty: Teachers are all highly qualified and very experienced. They are all very knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is also relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are easy, and the pass percentage is 75%.

It's a good college, not bad at all.
Placements: I am a 3rd-year pharmacy student, and in our course, 300-400 students are there. The highest package of last year, as we know, was 12 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA. Companies like Cipla, Sun Pharma, and others recruit. My friend got an internship in Sun Pharma last year. I don't know about others in manufacturing and sales.
Infrastructure: For the hostel, it is 10/10. Wi-Fi is available 24/7, and I have never faced an electricity problem in my 3 years of college experience. Labs and classrooms are clean, and the infrastructure is also good. There is a library, and extra timing is provided from 7 am to 10 pm. Mess food is okay (3/5). Medical facilities are good.
Faculty: Teachers are good, and they have very good knowledge. They give their lectures properly. The pass percentage in pharmacy requires us to take 50% overall, meaning if the paper is of 75, we need to take half of it to pass. The exams will be tough. Extra courses are also provided by the college for the enhancement of our knowledge, and activities like LinkedIn, Coursera courses are conducted.
Other: For events and fests, this college is good because extracurricular activities are available. You can participate in every event you want. Chandigarh University also provides good scholarships for students when they join.

Review of Chandigarh University (CU).
Placements: Like in my batch there are approximately 85 students and out of these 85 students more than 75 students are placed in well-known firms like Ranbaxy and Mankind on an average package of around 5-6 LPA which is quite good and 5 students are placed in Dr. Reddy's Lab on an average package of around 4 LPA. The lowest package in my batch is around 3.5 LPA while the highest is around 7.5 LPA. During my batch, around 85% of students got internships in firms like Cipla and so on. In my course, there are basically many roles but the top roles are in the field of quality control and quality assurance.
Infrastructure: In my course, the labs are well-equipped with all the instruments and apparatus which are needful for any kind of preparation and formulation or experimental purpose. Classrooms are fully ventilated and also very large, and there is also Wi-Fi connectivity for the students to go through any kind of internet usage. The library has all the books related to the course and also has novels to study and also consists of research papers of teachers and scientists. The food in the hostel is quite good and eatable. The warden of the hostel is also helpful and kind towards the students and also helps in any kind of problem. There is a sports complex which consists of a gym and pool and coaches that train the students in their respective games. And also there are competitions on regular intervals. Medical facilities are also very good, having their own dispensary which has an MBBS doctor for treatment and any kind of emergency situation, ambulance service is also there. Overall, infrastructure is very nice and gives a great feeling or pleasure.
Faculty: The faculty in the university is very knowledgeable and almost all the teachers have done their Ph.D. in their respective domains. They are very helpful and get the concept clear for the students, explaining it many times if needed. Their teaching quality is very good and they make their lectures interactive to make the concepts understandable. The curriculum is relevant as it gives knowledge and also sets the base for study. It provides knowledge of industry processes and various industry purposes, making the student industry-ready. The exams weren't that difficult; they are good and challenge the knowledge of the students, requiring around 50% to pass the exam.
Other: It has various scopes and also provides many opportunities and builds confidence in a person. And it gives knowledge of medicines, their use, their preparation process, and so on. In short, all the knowledge about each medicine. The best thing about this course is it is very interesting and gives good knowledge of medicine. One thing about my course that I wish could be better is the timetable; it is very hectic and leaves no time for rest during lectures or campus hours. Events are organized at regular intervals and also many celebrities are part of these events like Akshay Kumar sir and Honey Singh. Scholarships are based on the entrance exam CUCET. The campus is surrounded by fields which gives nice vibes.

You need to know this before making this university your choice.
Placements: According to the information provided by the university, testimonies and some other nothing I saw myself, I can say not less than 10% are placed by the university itself. The percentage might be higher than this, but I am not in a position to give the exact figure but it's the range. Up to 24 LPA is actually the highest package I have seen and one of the top recruiting companies is Cipla. The internship opportunities are not really fully activated yet, since the university is just resuming physically after the hindrance of covid 19. The top role is the managerial role.
Infrastructure: Actually, I must really be honest in this aspect that the infrastructure is really a very great one. No complaints at all. The laboratories are well-equipped to meet every student's needs and every necessary instrument for studies available. About the hostel, this is one of the great things I can always describe about CU, the hostel facilities are really great with very good food.
Faculty: The teachers are in fact, top notch, qualified and experienced. They are really very nice and always ready to assist in studies. The course curriculum is relevant as the university is following the government guidelines strictly and they are always well taught with full attention. The semester exam is not always very tough as the teachers themselves set the questions but the grading system is really a very huge one. The pass percentage is near 50% it can vary based on the overall student performance but the variation is not a really huge one, so I can say I am precise with that figure.
Other: I like to take courses dealing with health and I finally settled for pharmacy which I really like, naturally I will say. I would like amendments of some university rules, which are a bit strict. The events at Chandigarh University are something unbeatable and the campus is really serene and extracurricular activities are made almost mandatory.

I am not satisfied with its studies.
Placements: In this class, around, 60 students were studying, and out of them, 10 students were placed. The average salary package offered ranges from 1 LPA - 1.5 LPA in Chandigarh, Bangalore, Ponta Sahaib, and in different locations, no other substitutes for other students as there was much business.
Infrastructure: The hostel quality was not good, but the infrastructure was the best. It provides parking facilities in this college, and various activities, like Tasha nights, and various promotional events were held in this university. This college is the best for anti-ragging.
Faculty: Teachers were passed from college and not enough good knowledge of this university, best for the various activities like modern laboratories, and they were looting students to various activities in the laboratory for extra charges, and I am here for 2 - 2.5 years in this university.
Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in it.

I recommend everyone to visit this university.
Placements: The placement ratio at this university is very great. In my point of view, nearly almost every student gets placed. In my field, top companies of pharma like Cipla, Sun Pharma, etc., visit our campus for placements. In our course, a maximum of students go for formulations or research technicians.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is very adorable and advanced. All the labs and classes are fully equipped with modern instruments and classes are manual cum virtual. There is a great opportunity for sportspersons. Our university gives 100% scholarships for students who are good at sports.
Faculty: The teaching staff members at this university are very knowledgeable and skilled. All the teachers have a minimum of 10 years of experience and all are experts in their field. If the student studies properly, it would be very easy to pass. Otherwise, it would be very difficult to pass.

For a B.Tech, I would personally choose LPU. In my experience, campus life, exposure, labs, and chances to take part in activities and projects have all been excellent. I believe LPU provides a more comprehensive B.Tech experience overall because there are many clubs and placement chances.
