In GITAM GAT, each correct answer will be awarded 1 or 2 marks. There is no negative marking. Each question has four options, of which one is correct.
No, all the questions in the GAT question paper will be objective-type questions and will be in MCQ format. Candidates will be given four options for each question. Candidates will have to select the correct option for each question. GAT question paper will consist of 200 Multiple Choice Questions. Each question will be for one mark. There will be a negative marking for any wrong answers. Candidates will have to attempt the 200 questions in 60 minutes. There will be no sectional time limit to attempt the GAT exam sections. GAT 2026 exam will be held multiple times in a year in computer-based mode across 27 cities in India.

GITAM Aptitude Test (GAT) is conducted by GITAM Deemed to be University for admission to various UG and PG programmes. The examination is held in computer based mode, wherein candidates will have to report at the designated exam centre. GAT exam is conducted for a duration of 60 minutes for BBA and 90 minutes for MBA. Candidates must attempt 100 for BBA and 200 questions for MBA within the given time duration. Yes. GITAM accepts scores of JEE, TS EAMCET, or Andhra Pradesh EAMCET. The candidates who do not have scores of these exams can apply via GITAM GAT exam scores.
In GITAM GAT BTech entrance exam, a total of 100 questions are asked of 200 marks. 30 questins are asked from maths, 20 each from Physics, Chemistry, and Quantitative Aptitude & Analytical Reasoning, and 10 questions from english. The CBT exam will be held in 2 hours and MCQs will be assked. Each correct answer wll have 2 marks and no negative marking is doen for wrong attempts.
GITAM GAT BTech syllabus includes 10+2 level questions from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Quantitative Aptitude & Analytical Reasoning, and English.
