How to Attempt CUET UG Mock Test Online

Follow the steps below to access the NTA CUET mock test :

  • Select 'CUET (UG)' exam from the dropdown menu
  • Choose the subject/paper to attempt

  • Click on Proceed to start the CUET mock test

What is CUET Mock Test Structure?

The CUET UG mock test is similar to the actual exam pattern. It helps students understand how the real test will be conducted in computer-based mode (CBT). The mock test is divided into the same sections as the prescribed exam pattern:

  • Language: Includes reading comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar-based questions
  • Domain Subjects: Subject-specific questions based on the Class 12 NCERT syllabus
  • General Aptitude Test: Covers logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general knowledge, and current affairs

Each CUET UG mock test paper will have:

  • Multiple choice questions
  • Each subject will be of 60 minute duration
  • Standard marking for all subjects (correct answer +5, negative marking for wrong answers)
  • On-screen tools like timer, a question palette, and a panel to experience the real CBT environment

Common University Entrance Test syllabus for Delhi University consists of three sections- Language, Domain subjects and General Aptitude Test. The syllabus for CUET domain subjects is entirely based on NCERT curriculum. Candidates can check the subject-wise CUET UG syllabus at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA has prescribed syllabus for 37 subjects. Admission to Delhi University through CUET requires appearing in subjects passed in class 12th.

CUET UG total marks is 250 Marks for each subject. Candidates can choose up to five CUET subjects. Each subject paper has 50 questions which will total to 250 marks for each subject. For every correct answer, candidate will get 5 marks. The CUET total marks will be uniform for all 37 subjects. The Total CUET subjects marks can vary depending on the number of subjects chosen by candidates.

  • If three CUET subjects chosen: 750 total marks
  • If four CUET subjects chosen: 1000 total marks
  • If five CUET subjects chosen: 1250 total marks

As per CUET exam pattern, the subjects are divided into three sections as:

Section I- Languages 

Section II- Domain Subject

Section III- General Test

Candidates will get 60 minutes for each subject. Candidates will not be given extra time.

Q:   What type of questions are asked in the CUET exam?

The CUET questions are objective in nature and carries four options also known as MCQs. Candidates will have to choose the correct answer option and click on it with the help of a mouse. Since CUET UG  exam will be conducted in CBT mode, test-takers will be able to mark only one answer option.

CUET UG 2026 exam duration for each subject is 60 minutes. National Testing Agency will announce the CUET slot timings soon. NTA decides the number of slots and timings based on number of candidates applied for the exam. It is expected that CUET exam will be held in three slots on each day.
