Poor infrastructure and poor placement cell leads to less job which is a matter of concern.

Placements: There are very fewer placements. The college has to improve its placement cell and should also improve the technology of teaching. They have to help students to enhance their knowledge and technical skills. Otherwise, there is no use of education. Spending lakhs of rupees and not getting quality education leads to waste of time and money. When a person does not have knowledge of his stream, he would not get a job and will not be placed. Because of fewer oppurtunities, a person may not get a job in his field which is to due to zero campus placement.

Infrastructure: Very poor infrastructure and machinery for the mechanical engineering department. Lack of labs which results in the poor education system, and hence students do not get placed in their field and do not get a respectable job. Lack of infrastructure plays an important role. The college does not have a good library, good sports facilities, poor hostel conditions and poor bathroom conditions lead to poor sanitation and also affects the health of the students. These things should be a matter of concern for the authorities.

Faculty: Poor faculty as teachers do not teach students properly and do not share their knowledge in government institutions. Taking less pain for the students will lead to disinterest in studies and students can't perform their 100% ability. The faculty should be helpful rather than discouraging the students in sports and studies also. Very poor faculty in the college who does not encourage students to do better in life. On the contrary, they discourage them by giving reappears in the examination.

Other: The college faculty is really good, but it need some improvement in the placement department. Overall, experience was good. Practical knowledge and laboratories need to be enhanced with new technologies and more qualified lecturers are required. Overall, a decent experience. Its value for money and put a lot of effort in their students. Cultural program was good but more fest need to be organized on the grounds of Chitkara University. So, that student can be more interactive with the outer world.
