IIT Delhi MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2026
The IIT Delhi MTech course is a two-year course that is offered in full-time mode. MTech at IIT Delhi is offered in multiple specialisations including MTech in CSE, Engineering Analysis and Design, Machine Intelligence and Data Science, Cyber Security, Robotics and more. MTech at IIT Delhi is also offered as part of several integrated courses.
The IIT Delhi MTech admissions are entrance based, where the candidates are required to appear for the GATE entrance exam and clear a Personal Interview round. Candidates are also required to comply with the eligibility criteria for MTech admissions as tabulate below:

IIT Delhi admission is entrance-based for all the programmes (Except for PG Diploma). For the diploma course, selection is done merit-basis. If you belong to the General AI quota, yes, you can easily get admission to the BTech in CSE course with a JEE Advanced cutoff rank of 100. The last round of IIT Delhi CSE cutoff ranged between 116 and 126 over three years for the students belonging to the General AI quota. Therefore, a cutoff rank
