Yes, Kerala University offers merit-based and need-based scholarships to students. The University of Kerala provides merit-based scholarships to the students of MSc, MA, MCom, MBA, and MCJ programmes. Candidates with a first-class bachelor’s degree in the University exam are eligible for this scholarship. An amount of INR 3,000 is offered each year under this merit-based scholarship scheme. Yes, admission to the postgraduate-level course is based on a common entrance exam conducted by the university. It is conducted by CSSAC. Candidates seeking admission must take the test as re-examination is not carried out under any circumstances. Kerala University PG Entrance Exam response sheets are marked either digitally or by a examiners panel approved by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor. The type of questions asked in the exams are multiple choice types. Additionally, negative marking is also applicable, and hence, 0.25 marks are deducted for each wrong answer.
