KGMU offers admission to MBBS course for a duration to five and half years (66 months). Admission to MBBS courses is entirely entrance-based. Form MBBS admissions, KGMU accepts valid scores of NEET UG, which is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) every year. KGMU NEET UG cutoff 2024 has been released for various courses in the form of opening and closing ranks. KGMU cutoff 2024 ranged between, 2059 and 29714 for the General AI category candidates, wherein, the most competitive course with the lowest ranks needed is MBBS (2059). According to the KGMU NEET UG cutoff 2024, the general quota candidates' round three closing ranks fell between 2059 and 29714, indicating the competition for a seat in the programme.
