- For LPUNEST 2026, applications are now open with the last date being Jan 15, 2026, for admission to various UG and PG courses. The slot booking will start on Dec 10, 2025, onwards. Further, the LPUNEST (remotely proctored exam) will be conducted from Jan 10, 2026 to Feb 5, 2026. The test center-based exam will be held from Jan 20 to Feb 5, 2026.
- The slot booking for LPU MBA will start from Dec 1, 2025. The slot booking for all other courses will start from Dec 10, 2025 onwards.
- LPUNEST for MBA, Type B (UG Design), Type B (Other tests) and Type C will be conducted from Jan 20 to Feb 5, 2026 in test centres. The remotely proctored exam will be conducted on Dec 15, 2025 to Feb 5, 2026.
- The XAT 2026 registration process for the MBA/PGDM courses will be started tentatively in the second week of July 2025. In addition, the XAT 2026 exam will be held on Jan 4, 2026.
- PhD Jan 2026 intake applications are open, and the last date to apply is Nov 15, 2025. Further, the entrance test will be held on Nov 28, 2025 and Nov 30, 2025 .

LPU MBA course is offered in a variety of specialisations. The total tuition fees for MBA is INR 1.6 - 14 lakh. Students can also choose to learn about the various scholarship schemes offered by LPU.
Lovely Professional University offers a four-year BDes programme spread across eight semesters. The university offers LPU at UG level in eight specialisations, namely User Experience, Interior & Furniture, etc. Apart from regular BDes, LPU also offers lateral entry to the programme. The university provides lateral entry to three BDes specialisations. Candidates who have completed Class 12 with English with at least 50% aggregate can apply for LPU BDes course.
Lovely Professional University accept JEE Main/ CUET/ LPUNEST scores for admission to its BTech programmes. Hence, candidates with a valid score in either of these examinations can apply. For the BTech CSE-Software Production Engineering course, candidates can be called for KQ Test and interview round as well. Yes, Class 12 or equivalent examination are considered for eligibility fulfilment in the UG programmes of LPU. However, the selection criteria is entrance-based. Candidates have to take the LPU National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST), in order to get admission. The selection is not directly based on Class 12 scores.
The exam fee for LPUNEST (soft copy of LPUNEST KIT) is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females. The printed LPUNEST Kit is INR 1,500 for boys and INR 1,000 for girls. Check below the steps to apply for LPU admission:
Step 1: Visit the official website of LPU and click on the ' Apply Now' tab at the top of the web page.
Step 2: Register on the official admission portal of LPU i.e. LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details such as name, email-id, mobile no., state, gender and password). The email id used during registration will act as the username for the portal and the password needs to be set by the candidate while registering. Candidates can continue to apply for LPUNEST (for scholarship purposes).
Step 3: Upload the requisite documents.

Candidates can download their LPU NEST 2026 admit card after booking the exam slots. The admit card will be available on the official website. The admit card is a mandatory document to be taken for the exam. If candidates choose to book their LPU NEST slot for 2026 on their own, their LPU NEST 2026 admit card will be generated immediately. However, if Lovely Professional University books the slot for the candidates, the LPU NEST hall ticket 2026 will be generated 48 hours after the application form is received. However, all applications received before the start date of the slot booking will be processed only when the Online Slot Management is activated.
