The National Institute of Technology, Durgapur is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education. The institute is also accredited by the National Board of Accreditation. NIT Durgapur offers admission to M.Tech on the basis of CCMT scores. The cutoff ranks for the General AI category candidates varied between 350 and 562. Therefore, for the candidates belonging to the General AI category, it is very difficult to get admission to the college for MTech.
