Infrastructure is good, but more practical skills should be given to students.

Placements: Almost all students are placed either in software or hardware field depending on their calibre. The average salary package offered is 10-12 LPA. Texas, Qualcomm, Invidia and Marwell are some semiconductors companies. Verification and software roles are offered to the students. None of the students from M.Tech was offered an interview in VLSI.

Infrastructure: Hostels and mess are good enough to live. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel, but it is closed after 1 am. Octagon and the library is a good place to study. There is a hospital within the college where you can consult with a doctor, and in case of emergency, there is an ambulance, There are also 2 k market, post office, cycle repairing and bank.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are PhD qualified. There are two CTS and an end semester in between in which some assignments and presentations are given to students. You need not sign-in for attendance for 1 year for a stipend. The course is most relevant to company demand like Asics, FPGA and Verilog are reached.

Other: I have chosen this course because there is a good scope in future for VLSI. The salary package offered will also be good. The college should provide more practical skills to the students rather than theoretical. Fests are conducted in our college every year.

Faculty and placements both are very good.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. All our seniors batch students got placed. The salary package ranges from 6 LPA-24 LPA. Some of the core companies like Qualcomm, Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Western Digital, etc., visited our campus for placements. Most of the students were offered profiles for digital or hardware. The placement cell is very strict, and it makes sure students are punctual and properly dressed for any placement related event.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Wi-Fi depends on which hostel you are staying. There is a hospital, but the treatment is average. The food quality is average. Hostel rooms are okay. Labs and classrooms are good. Sports and library facilities are very good. I didn't face any infrastructure-related issues.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are helpful and knowledgeable. Some new faculty members were not good. Teaching quality was good. They mostly use chalk and PPTs and sessions are interactive. The student to faculty ratio was around 15:1. I didn't get any industry exposure. The curriculum is very useful.
