CPGET Counselling Process
The counselling process, which is the final step of CPGET, is held in different phases online after the declaration of the CPGET results. Students who have qualified in CPGET 2024 need to attend the CPGET counselling process for seat allotments at colleges. This process involves registration and payment of a counselling fee. Once students have paid the CPGET counselling fee, they are required to upload important documents and exercise web options for the CPGET 2024 counselling process. Osmania University, which conducts CPGET, will then announce the seat allotments on their official website. Students must download the CPGET 2024 seat allotment after which they will be able to report to the allocated college or institute.
Students are also advised to download the CPGET 2024 joining report after paying the tuition fee and seat allotments during CPGET 2024 counselling. They must also bring all the important documents pertaining to the test, CPGET 2024 counselling and their qualifications when they report to colleges. CPGET 2024 Document Verification Process
Students who are allotted provisional admission based on CPGET counselling must attend document verification in person. Timings of the certificate verification process are notified on the official website of the university. Each candidate is allotted time for certificate verification based on their CPGET ranks and chosen courses. Students are required to pay a registration fee of INR 250/- (for Unreserved/ OBC candidates) and INR 200/- (for SC/ ST/ PH candidates) online before the certificate verification. Once the payment is made, the candidates are allotted seats provisionally. CPGET document verification takes place at various centres. The decentralised certificate verification will be available at the following University centres. Candidates can choose any of the following university centres for their certificate verification according to prescribed schedules.

Q: Can I get my CPGET admission fee reimbursed?
The reimbursement of fee/scholarship is allowed only for those who pursue a PG Programme for the 1st time. For those who have already pursued any PG Courses (Professional or Non-Professional) will not be provided hostel accommodation in the University/College hostels and will not be considered for any type of scholarship whatsoever, as per GOs in force. As per Govt. of T.S. Social Welfare (Edn) Dpartment Memo the fee/scholarship reimbursement is not allowed to such candidates. Further, the maximum age for the candidates to become eligible for fee/scholarship reimbursement is as per the Government of Telangana rules in force.
Q: What is the reservation policy for women candidates in CPGET exam?
Wherever applicable, a minimum of 33.33% of the available seats in each course will be allotted to women candidates from each category, i.e. Open, S.C., S.T. and in all the groups in BC category taking a subject in each college as a unit. This rule is not applicable (i) if women candidates selected on merit in each category form 33.33 % or more of the seats therein; and (ii) for seats under various special categories. In the absence of suitable women candidates in the respective categories, these seats shall be filled in with men candidates of the same category.

Documents Required For CPGET 2024 Document Verification Process
The centralised certificate verification is done only at the Office of the Directorate of Admissions, Osmania University. Students are required to carry the following original certificates and two sets of photocopies of these documents:
- CPGET 2024 Rank Card
- CPGET 2024 Hall Ticket
- Transfer certificate (TC) from the institution where the candidate studied last. If the student is pursuing any course during the academic year, either regular or correspondence, they must submit proof of admission (certificate issued by the head of the institution) and will have to submit the TC from the present institution within seven days. Otherwise the admission will be deemed cancelled.
- Original certificate or provisional certificate (in case the result has not been declared) of the last qualifying examination.
- Consolidated memorandum of marks of the qualifying examination from class 10 onwards.
- Proof of Local/ Non-Local status of the candidates.Those who have studied for at least four consecutive academic years ending with the first appearance in the qualifying examination as regular students need to submit only the bonafide certificates from the colleges/ schools where they have studied. In case the candidates have studied four consecutive years preceding the qualifying examination in more than one local area, the candidates must submit the bonafide certificate(s) of at least seven consecutive academic years ending with the first appearance in the qualifying examination as regular students. In case the candidates have not studied in any educational institution during part of 4/7 years preceding the qualifying examination, they have to submit a certificate to that effect from the concerned Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO)/ Tahasildar.
- Community Certificate for SC, ST and BC candidates issued by MRO/ Tahsildar.
- Income certificate from relevant authority wherever necessary issued by MRO/ Tahsildar.
- Relevant original certificates in respect of candidates seeking admission against NCC/ NSS/ Sports, Widow/ Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), Physically Handicapped and Teacher and Laboratory Assistant categories.
- After the verification of certificates, the eligible candidates will have to to submit all relevant certificates and pay the required fee on the spot.

Children of Ex-Servicemen are suggested to bring original certificates and photocopies mentioned below during TS CPGET Counselling/ CPGET Counselling/ CPGET admissions.
- Original discharge certificate of their parent.
- Original identity card of their parent provided or issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer.
- Original pension book/ PPO of their parent if pensioner.
- Certificate from records, Gazette Notification, copies of Part-II Order and other relevant documents if candidates claim to be under Priority-I & II & III.
- Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) certificate issued by the concerned Zilla Sainik Welfare officer in the original
and photocopy. - Study certificate of the Ex-Servicemen (their Parent)/ certificate from the concerned service HQ record office duly stating that: permanent address/ home town declared by them while joining the services and as recorded in their Service Register (only while joining, not subsequent changes in the address).

For registration, the candidates have to visit the websites Website. The registration is complete only when the candidates enter the required primary information including the number of entrance tests to be taken and the requisite registration fee is paid. The registration fee may be paid at any T.S./A.P. online centres or by using Credit / Debit Cards or by Net Banking. Once the registration is completed successfully, the candidate will receive a Registration ID, which should be preserved by the candidate for logging in to fill the online application and for future use, if any.

Candidates must have passed the Qualifying Examination and secured the prescribed Minimum Marks in the subject (s)/course (s) concerned.
Candidates must have qualified in Common P G Entrance Test conducted in the concerned subject in which admission is sought.
For administrative reasons, the Convenor may, conduct the entrance test before the publication of the results of the qualifying examination concerned. But qualifying at the Entrance Test alone does not confer any right of admission into a course. In addition to being qualified at the Common Entrance Test, a candidate will be eligible for admission only if he/she passes the qualifying examination before the commencement of admissions process and secure the prescribed minimum marks in the subject (s) / course (s) concerned. He / She must submit the necessary documents listed under item VII of these instructions at the time of counseling.
