It provides better opportunities for students.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. The highest salary package offered ranges between 7-8 Lacs in the DCSA department. Almost 90% of students get placed every year. Companies like Infosys and Suf visit our college for our department placements. Internships are not that compulsory, but in the 6th-semester companies offer an internship.

Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The college has an AC Joshi library, which is very good. In our department, there are computer labs with proper classrooms. Hostels are also good, the speciality of the hostel food is cheap and very tasty. There is also a dispensary on the campus.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good. They all are knowledgeable in their respective subjects. They are very helpful and very interactive. They are capable enough to guide us. The course curriculum makes the students face all the industry challenges in every platform.

Other: I have chosen this course because the future is with IT, which play a crucial role. This course gives a huge opportunity for IT loving students. Several events like fest, farewell, freshers, Holi, and Diwali are organised at our college.

Career builder university of Punjab.

Placements: Our seniors and my classmates are very intelligent and all of them got jobs after complete their study. Most of the time, 90 to 95 percent students are placed at an average package of 6.5 LPA. The others may not be placed because they opted for further studies like MBA, ME, or want to start their startups, or try competitive exams like IAS, PCS and others. The PR of the institute always helps their juniors. They also help each other not only study matters also in personal matters. Most of the students in UILS prefers for litigation and for civil services, rather than opting for different firms. The college is very clear on its agendas and does not fool the students on the name of placements.

Infrastructure: All departments are Wi-Fi enabled. You can use Wi-Fi in everywhere in university. Wi-Fi facility is superb in the department as well as in the hostels. Library, classrooms, canteen all are well-equipped and sufficient for proper use. Also, there are regular events of academic and co-curricular activities. Sports events are also regularly organised in the college. In our institute, funds are quite low, but the infrastructure is provided at that level. The institute provides good facilities to its students. The lecture halls are ventilated. There is freshers party for the first year students, and Cyanide is conducted for the institute.

Faculty: All teachers are well qualified. They give good lectures as they can give. They work as helping hands to the students. Perhaps some of them are strict, but more than this, they are gentle. The course curriculum provided is very good and knowledgeable for competitive exams. They have a great experience in teaching. All the teachers are helpful, and whether it is the director or the junior teachers, everyone is ready to help you out always. The curriculum and the course are totally relevant and given the nature of the degree and the future career.

Other: University also gave scholarships to the students. Every year we enjoyed many festivals held by university.
