All Scholarships offered for the BBA at SRM SOM will be processed after enrollment in the first year, upon successful verification of all required documents. Any fees paid will be reimbursed or adjusted against the fees for subsequent years, as applicable.
Conditions for renewal:
- Renewal upon application within the stipulated date every year.
- No arrears/backlogs at the time of application
- No breaks in studies/ detention/ disciplinary action/ malpractice.

All over college is good, value for money, and placements are good.
Placements: Placements are almost 100%, and faculty members focus on students. The highest salary is 7 LPA. The lowest salary ranges from 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Recruiting companies are TCS, Swiggy, and various good companies. 30% of students got internships at Synergy Advisors, TCS, Swiggy, Zomato, and Wipro. Roles offered are HR recruiter, sales executive, financial accountant, marketing intern, and digital marketing manager.
Infrastructure: We have smart class, clean environment, and the latest technology. We have clean and timely meals. Wi-Fi facility is available. Loved the environment and the company of people here. New buildings are being developed, and love the college. We have clean canteens with a variety of food.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Curriculum is good and almost every topic is covered. Pass percentage is good, and need to study a bit for the exams as they are not that easy. But topics are covered in the classroom itself, therefore exams are easy.
Other: I wanted to learn business ethics and pursue an MBA later on attendance system. College keeps organizing various extracurricular activities every week.

Placements: Our batch has all kinds of students, where it makes the best class. The minimum mark to be scored is 60% on your 12th board exams. The lowest package is 115,000, and the highest package is 150,000. It depends on the course you take.
Infrastructure: The facilities they provide in our college are awesome, and also there is Wi-Fi everywhere you go inside the campus. Also, the classrooms are cleaned daily and also maintained very well. The hostels are also maintained very well, and the food is also decent—not that bad.
Faculty: The teachers are kind; they would help you with whatever help you are in need of, and also they would help you with the doubts you have with the subjects. The pass percentage you should get to pass the exams is 35%. The exams are not as tough as you think.
Other: There are lots of events held inside the campus; also, you can participate in it and have fun.

Life in SRM: A Student Review
Placements: Our college usually provides huge placement opportunities, and many of our seniors have been placed. They offer many training programs for us to practice, and they arrange meetings with alumni. However, for our department, BBA, placements are not up to that level.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in SRM is very good. We have a central library that is built beautifully, and we have Wi-Fi access all around the campus. We have air-conditioned classrooms and smart classrooms. There is also a hospital within the campus boundary. Our college gives more importance to extracurricular activities, such as in arts and sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and helpful. The staff at SRM has vast work experience and is knowledgeable. The course I have chosen is not very difficult and has future scope too. The exams are not very difficult. Even if you put in at least 20% of your effort, you can score good marks.
Other: I chose this course because I can get more into the field of business as well as data science. Data science is an emerging field with huge scope in the future. When compared to the fields, the class can be much better. It can be improved. In terms of events, fests, campus crowd, and extracurricular activities, all these are awesome in our college. Students can enjoy their college life to the fullest as the college is not strict. Everything is liberal here, but you have to maintain 75% attendance.

This college is the best place for pursuing the engineering course.
Placements: The SRM Institute of Science and Technology offers the placement to the students who fit in there placement criteria and even after fitting that criteria many students refuse the placement to pursue the higher studies and don't go to the placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the SRM Institute of Science and Technology is very good; almost all the classrooms on the campus are air conditioned and the facility of a library is available here, although the food in the canteen is not as good as expected .
Faculty: As I am pursuing Bachelor of business administration in the SRM institute of Science and Technology, here the faculty are very in teaching and the course is relevant to the curriculum. Semester exams are not really as tough as expected, and most of the students in here gets passed

My college life in a nutshell :).
Placements: Since we are the first batch, I do not know much about it, but the average package starts at 5–6 LPA for a BBA general. If you perform pretty well academically and have the skills needed, you can earn more. Around 90% of students always get placed.
Infrastructure: There's Wi-Fi always, the labs are well-equipped too, and the and the classrooms are okayish. I live in a PG, but according to my friend, the food in the hostel is the best, they have a wide range of varieties every day, and there's a huge scope for sports since they conduct many events.
Faculty: I'd say, It's pretty much different for each faculty; not everyone is as helpful, but in my experience, it was only a few teachers who were quite qualified; sometimes you'd get teachers who aren't interested at all; it has to do a lot with the attendance of the class too; less often they'd speak in their native language, which is Tamil; and since I hail from a state where we have our own language, I do face difficult understanding, but most of them are supportive of you and would love to help you.
Other: I chose this course particularly because it is a mix of the best of both the world's data science and business administration.

Placements: Placements: 50% of students secure placements. The salary range varied from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month. Top recruiting companies, including Infosys, Cognizant, Tata Group, etc. Program analysis is included in this course.

Infrastructure: The facilities in our college and our courses include free Wi-Fi, well-equipped laboratories, clean water and well-maintained restrooms. The hostel provides high-speed Wi-Fi available at my college and air-conditioned bus services for students.
Faculty: SRM boasts a faculty mostly consisting of postgraduate students who are knowledgeable, friendly and student-oriented. The curriculum is relevant to the industry, ensuring students are prepared for the professional language and providing all facilities available in my college and smart classrooms.

The SRMIST average package for 2025 stood at INR 6.68 LPA. Earlier, the average package for 2024 placements stood at INR 7.13 LPA and in 2023 it was INR 10.5 LPA.

As per the latest statistics, 9740 job offers were rolled to the 2025 batch students. Earlier, the number of offers made during SRMIST placements 2024 was over 6291. The number of high paing offers in 2025 was 4227 and in 2024 it was above 3295.
