Review of UNIPUNE - Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).

Placements: Placements in our college were good. Almost 20% of students got placed. Some students got internships and some were rejected by companies. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university was good. There were not many facilities available but there were a library and labs which were not well maintained. So placements were not so good.

Faculty: Faculty members were good, helpful, and well educated but they were not so proficient in their subjects. They had knowledge only about their subjects but not of the other things or mainly doing it in society. Semester exams were scheduled. They were easy and not tough.

Other: Games and extracurricular activities were conducted from time to time but there was no active placement cell for students.

I had a fantastic B.Com life at Pune University.

Placements: Around 40% of students selected commerce and decided to get a Bachelor's degree. The lowest package offered is 1 Lac, and the average package is 2 LPA, and the highest package for freshers is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are SBI and ICICI Banks, Infosys, and Wipro for accounting and clerical work. 55% of students got internships in ICICI Bank and Wipro. The top roles offered are relationship officer, accounts officer and analyst in accounting and clerical works.

Infrastructure: The campus is good and spacious, spreading over 450 acres with a lot of greenery and good buildings, including Wi-Fi for students and teachers. A library and big classrooms are available. The hostel facilities are good and clean, with a good student-operated canteen offering food at affordable rates. A big playground is available for all types of games such as cricket, football etc. Medical facilities are available inside the campus.

Faculty: Teachers are experienced and good at teaching with good explanations. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is good, and it makes us ready for the accounting industry. We get a good response in the job field. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 92%.

Other: I wanted to become an accountant as my father is an accountant, and I have dreamed of working in banks or other financial institutions. If we get some computer-related and history-related subjects in this course, it would be a great add-on. Events are many, from cultural to dandiya, national festivals, Teacher's day, farewells and picnics. I love the huge campus. Scholarships are provided to students. It is the best educational institute in Pune.

This is a good college for graduation.

Placements: Placements are good and the average salary is good in our college. Nearly half of the total students were placed. The highest salary package was good. The quality of placement is very good for others, I think BCA got the highest salary than B.Com. The college is supportive and has helpful staff.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and up to mark. The space is clean with a canteen and hygienic washrooms. Overall college is good. Everything is well maintained and the college had the necessary infrastructure facility and equipment. There is a student's library also in our college.

Faculty: My subject was B.Com, our department teachers are very good. They have a bunch of knowledge and experience. They provide everything to understand what needs to be understood. There are so many books available in the department. Generally, there are internal and external exams for each subject. You should get 40 - 50% in internal exams.

It provides good infrastructure, facilities, and study environment is also very good.

Placements: Consistently various organisations like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Mega fine, and many. The most significant compensation bundle offered by this organisation is 6 LPA for fresher. The normal compensation offered by this organisation was 2 LPA for fresher.

Infrastructure: Our college provided well-maintained equipment and good infrastructure. It provides a room with a bed, study table, and many more things in the room. It also provides facilities like computer laboratories and a library for students to study and also it had a huge common hall.

Faculty: Teachers guided and support lots during the exams. Teachers were good, and the quality of education was always good. The curriculum was updated and includes recent developments. Students get very much attention and every student gets treated equally by teachers.

Other: There were fests directed for a multi-week in which different days were commended. There was one social fest as well.

It is a great college for students pursuing B.Com.

Placements: Most students go for masters and other courses, so the placement percentage is low. Students further branch out to masters in commerce, CA, designing industries as well as other industries. The salary packages offered were up to 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Many internship opportunities are available for those interested students.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is relatively better than any other college. Classrooms are spacious and you get all the basic facilities. The campus is big and beautiful. It is located within Pune so you get many opportunities. The quality of food is also good, and you can find better options in the surrounding.

Faculty: All the teachers, non-teaching staff, and professors are very helpful and very qualified. The quality of teaching is also good. The curriculum designed by the institute is very apt and makes students ready for the industry. The exams are not that difficult if you focus and have all your notes. The pass percentage is up to 85 -90%.
